Profitez de certains des plus beaux levers et couchers de soleil trouvés sur la côte de Caroline du Nord. En visitant la région Topsail, vous pourrez profiter des plages désertes, les plus vierges partout sur la côte est. La région possède les plus grands plaisirs simples de la vie. Ici, vous serez témoin de la faune côtière florissante dans son environnement naturel. Le Shipwatch Villas est une communauté de condominium détendue sur l'océan. Profitez de la piscine en bord de mer piscine ou le surf dans l'océan. Flânez le long de la plage ou prendre une course à la jetée. Jeter dans une ligne ou surfer coulé toute la journée. Grill un hot-dog dans la zone de gril à charbon de la communauté ou dîner dans les nombreux restaurants locaux. Shipwatch Villas 1 316 est situé au troisième étage et peut être consulté par les escaliers ou l'ascenseur. Ce deux chambres, deux salles de bain est décorée avec goût et dispose d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan et la piscine. Le salon offre un canapé-lit queen size, TV écran plat, lecteur DVD et un service intranet. Aussi à côté du salon, vous trouverez une porte coulissante en verre qui vous mène à un balcon privé. Au bout du couloir, vous trouverez la chambre principale avec un lit king size qui mène au balcon privé et une salle de bains principale. À la fin de la salle, juste après la salle de bain complète, est la deuxième chambre. Offrant un lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposés avec une télévision. Le soleil se lève..... WARNING DO NOT RENT TO THIS PERSON!! Reserved without notice of bringing animal, did not pay animal cleaning fee. 1 hour Prior to check in the guest mentioned an animal ( service ) I offered my HOA pet policy and requested the service dog info be sent to my HOA as this was not my policy. She refused any kind of acknowledgment of “service animal” and threatened legal action to me and my HOA. My rules are clear, only service dogs that present proper paperwork will be approved. This guest was verbally abusive, threatening and is lying. Despite all of this I told her to check in and she could give the proper paperwork to the HOA. I then received a call from VRBO who was clearly threatened by legal jargon and lied to. I told them that I was not canceling and did not refuse entry and that the guest decided to not check in. DO NOT RENT TO THIS GUEST SHE IS DISGRUNTLED, THREATENING, and I am sure this is her MO and not her first time…

The condo was clean, very spacious, nicely decorated, and well stocked with all the comforts of home. The linens, beach towels, and beach chairs were all provided which was greatly appreciated and allowed us to save space in our car for the trip. The view from the balcony was perfect with unobstructed sights of the ocean and pool. It was the perfect spot for our morning coffee or evening happy hour. Terrie was responsive and a joy to work with. She’s probably the best host I’ve engaged with in all my VRBO stays. We hope to stay at the condo again next summer!

We loved our stay at this great property. There was four adults in our group and we had more than enough room. The property was equipped with everything we needed! We arrived to find it clean and adorable. Beach access was so convenient and the elevator made getting in and out a breeze. The owner was great with communication and made everything straightforward and easy. When we return to Topsail this property would be our first choice without a doubt. We highly recommend it!

The condo is situated so that you have a perfectly clear view of the ocean and pool. It had plenty of space for our family of four. There is plenty of beach gear at your disposal, towels, etc. It truly is an amazing spot to vacation. We have been going to Topsail for over 10 years now and Shipwatch villas is our favorite. You can’t beat the direct beach access and view. I loved that this condo was one level and felt roomy and spacious. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Thank you for your wonderful review, the simple word "Beautiful" says a thousand words! I say it over and over, our guests are so important to us and we really try to make every effort to make it easy on our guest to enjoy their family vacation. Our beach is pristine with white powdery sand and newly resurfaced pool, our small year round beach community is friendly and safe with parking lot security, our incredible private balcony view of the pool and ocean is beautiful. I feel the newly renovated space, updated surfaces and "Beach Chic" decor really allows my guests to feel "beautiful" in a beautiful space on a beautiful beach. My property is beautifully updated and decorated in an easy "Beach Chic" Drift wood, burlap, linen, monochromatic color scheme with splashes of metallics and fun organic beach decor. The kitchen is equipped to throw a small dinner party and the dry bar ready for a celebratory cocktail. I hope you enjoyed the ocean view from your private balcony and long walks along the beach. I am sure you noticed the almost "private" beach, Our community is quite and friendly. I hope you were able to slow down and take a deep breath. I truly pride myself in the guests that return year after year to create memories with their families. This was our first year visiting North Topsail and I’m sure it won’t be the last! The entire trip was amazing and did not disappoint! This condo was awesome and perfectly accommodating. Great place to stay. Host was excellent! Perfect for mom and dad and 2 to 3 kids. Plenty of ocean chairs, umbrellas and boards. HOA needs to purchase more luggage carts they are in short supply. We got lucky since it was after spring break and off season.

Beautiful, comfortable condo

The condo was as beautiful as the pictures show, meticulously decorated with seaside treasures! It was spacious and well equipped for all our needs inside the apartment and on the beach. The beach was easy to get to and the sound of the waves were always present. Would definitely recommend it to our friends. We enjoyed our days at North Topsail Beach!

I appreciate your comment about the decor, it truly is Beach Chic with a relaxing monochromatic color scheme and then fun beach accent colors in the baths and bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped to throw a dinner party or if you prefer eat out. Lets face it, its all about the beach! Just steps away this home comes with everything you need to enjoy the beach including a buggy to haul everything down easily. Just bring your groceries and clothes! We appreciate guests who treat our home as they would treat their own, once you establish a good rapport, your next visit you will receive a discount. Family vacation

We stayed at Terri’s property August 4-10 and although weather was not in our favor, her property was 100% as described and a very well appointed condo. We loved the property from the moment we unpacked; it was clean, had basic supplies, and the property amenities served us well. Terri was available for a few questions I had along the way and was very helpful and accommodating. I hope to book again in 2025. Two thumbs up!
