We enjoyed our stay at BoTi. The property was exactly as expected and Christy was great with communication. The condo was very well stocked and the beds were super comfortable ! We appreciated the little touches of hand soap, kitchen soap and enough paper products to last the duration of our stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We will definitely consider a return visit. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your condo and for all that you do to make guests feel welcome and comfortable!

Perfect location and beautifully decorated for a relaxing beach stay. The ocean views from every window were a highlight. The beds and seating were very comfortable, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, which made cooking easy during our stay. Communication with Christy was excellent — she responded quickly and was very helpful. We look forward to staying here again.

Absolutely amazing home on the beach with many wonderful amenities - pool, game room, exercise room and snack/ice cream shop. We enjoyed the views of the beach and sound from being on the top floor. The home is very clean, beautifully decorated and modern. Beds are very comfortable anlong with all linens provided. Our family enjoyed our stay! And the owner Christy was such a nice and thoughtful person to have allowed us to sleep in and check out late. We will definitely be back.

This was a WONDERFUL experience from booking through checkout. The condo is clean, beautiful and in a PERFECT location. The location feels safe and the grounds are well manicured. If you are coming with a family, there are SO many things to do on the property. We enjoyed a ladies R&R weekend so the beach access was perfect and the balcony views are gorgeous. The host has added thoughtful touches throughout the condo to make your stay feel special. The decor is tasteful and relaxing. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare dinner and breakfast, The host was kind and accommodating and communication was prompt and very helpful. I will definitely return for a longer stay and I highly recommend this location for R&R or family fun for a variety of ages!

Such a cute condo, fantastic ocean view, easy access to the beach. The condo has a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Excellent location on north topsail beach.Note that toiletries are not provided and you will have to make up the beds when you arrive.

Great beach vacation!

This was a very easy check-in, the owner provided such great information about the condo and area. The place was exactly as advertised. The place was very clean, and very well stocked with kitchen items! Would definitely stay again!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this North Topsail Beach condo. The unit was extremely clean, and I really appreciated that the linens were wrapped in plastic and stored in the closet, ready for us to put on the beds. It was a thoughtful touch that made it clear everything was fresh and sanitary.The ocean view from the windows and patio was incredible, you can see both the sand and the water right from the condo.The host's communication was excellent, and the welcome book covered everything we might have had questions about. Check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow.The amenities were great. The pool was clean and never overcrowded, the pirate-themed restaurant on the property was convenient and surprisingly good, and the pirate ship playground was a huge hit with our child. Even the grounds staff were friendly and shared helpful information about the area.Overall, this was a fantastic experience for ourfamily, and we would happily stay here again.
