Cette unité est située sur le coin sud / est avec une vue imprenable sur des kilomètres de côtes de chaque pièce; Aussi le coin est n'a pas chaud soleil après-midi et les reflets!

Situé au 11ème étage, la porte d'entrée de cette unité est littéralement à 20 'de la porte du garage !! Pas besoin d'ascenseurs; idéal pour décharger votre voiture !!

La literie est K, K, D, D, Q. Master King a un matelas Tempurpedic; 4 autres lits sont dotés de matelas à plateau-coussin haut de gamme.

Forfait de câble mis à jour GRATUIT pour TOUS les téléviseurs avec plus de 400 chaînes, y compris HBO, STARZ, SHO, Cinemax, TMC et toutes les chaînes sportives premium!

Family time

It was a great property. Loved the layout. The biggest problem was cleanliness. We had to take sheets off and wash the day we arrived because there was sand in the bed all in all it really wasn’t clean. It’s a very well stocked kitchen which is wonderful. We LOVED the extra beach toys, boogie boards etc outside the rental the kids really enjoyed using them. The outside balcony was wonderful plenty of seating there were a couple of chairs that need repairs but still plenty of chairs.

Wonderful Thanksgiving week with family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay in this great condo. Everything was perfect, from the reservation process, to the comforts of the condo. The owners thought of everything. Plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, small appliances, etc. All the bedrooms had comfy beds, and a perfect view from every one. The weather was beautiful, so we got to enjoy the white sand beach every day. We are already talking about returning again next year! Thank you so much!

GREAT FAMILY VACATION!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time in several years that all 9 members of our immediate family were able to take a vacation together. Unit 1111 met all of our needs and more. We had one plumbing issue which was resolved quickly. We didn't like winding around 11 floors, but parking within feet of the front door was great...especially for loading and unloading. There was plenty of room and comfortable furniture on the large balcony for all of us and we spent a lot of time there, starting with breakfast every morning. You can't go wrong with Unit 1111.

Family Summer Vacay

Hello We had a great vacation. There were a few things in the condo that I feel should have been upgraded due to the cost of rental for 1 week. The dishwasher did not get the dishes clean. I feel the washer and dryer were old and didn’t work very well. The master bath needs to be remodeled, a nice tiled shower would be nice and the bathtub with jets seemed very old. There were 2 broken dining room chairs when we arrived and I did report that. We were there with our children and grandchildren, therefore did not use the adults only pool, but the furniture around it definitely was much nicer than what was around the lazy river and other pool. Great vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was amazing! The rental far exceeded the pictures! When you walk in and turn right you immediately see nothing but ocean views and the furthur you walk in the better the views get! We opened all the blinds and they stayed that way the entire time we were there! Everything was clean and well maintained. Our party of 8 enjoyed the space inside and outside on the wrap around patio. And there are no words to describe the view from the living area and all 4 bedrooms. Everything was perfect, so I have no idea how well communication with management was. We had no issues and definitely no complaints! Check in was so easy and getting into the unit was just as easy. Parked right outside the entrance to our unit. Loading/unloading was awesome! I would definitely recommend this unit and we will definitely be returning. Beautiful place and unbelievable views!!!!

Great Condo - slightly disappointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed a couple weeks ago. We have stayed in the particular unit a couple times now. While overall our stay was great. 1111 is one of the best condos we have stayed in at the Phoenix properties. We have came for many years. So, don’t mishear our review. Overall we had a great time. However, the cleanliness upon arrival was not as thorough as it had been in previous years. Food in couches, outside balcony chairs and table turned over, and bathroom sink drawers not cleaned out. Also the ice machine was not working. These things were overlooked and we enjoyed our stay. Just wanted to mention them because they were out of the ordinary for this unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at Phoenix West II. The facilities were nice with great access to the beach and the pool and public bathroom areas seemed clean. I did feel that our particular condo, 1111 was furnished nicely, but was not clean upon our arrival. Goo Gone had been sprayed on the floor and never wiped up causing us to step into an oily, slippery mess. The sheets were stained and I couldn't tell if they had been laundered or not (didn't smell freshly laundered). The floors were gritty and did not appear to have been swept or mopped. All of the dishes were still in the dishwasher upon our arrival. Overall, the condo is really nice, but perhaps the cleaning service should be reevaluated as the lack of cleanliness detracted from the quality of the condo.

Great Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to this same complex for 10 years. Its a yearly family trip with our grown children and grandchildren. We have stayed on the 22nd floor all but one of these years in another 4 bedroom and loved it This year, we could not get that unit so we booked this one and we are not sorry. The 11th floor is great. We parked right outside the door and had to use the elevators very little. I admit at first, it didn't seem like home because we had always stayed in that other unit but after a couple of days, it felt more like home. We love the sectional couch so we can all gather at night to watch tv, love having all the bathrooms, LOVE the view. We wish we had a griddle in the unit but we had lots of other appliances we didn't use so thats just on us. We did have a wine fridge in the old unit and we did miss that, not for wine but just for drinks to take to beach. We have always loved the location of this condo, its close to restuarants and stores, you can't go wrong and we made use of the new restuarant on site, used that more than one night and my group really enjoyed the food. Easy to book, easy check in, easy check out and I hope to be back next year.

Really beautiful unit with lots of space!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a four bedroom unit this year, and were so happy with this one! I think the balcony was our favorite part! It's huge, and it has a bit more privacy than the three bedroom units do, so we were out there every day and every evening enjoying it. The kitchen tools were left pretty unorganized, but once we sorted through dishes and pans, we had almost everything we needed. There were lots of extra blankets and pillows, which is always a plus! The only thing we noticed was the unit likely hadn't been deep cleaned since the start of the summer because there was a lot of dust on some of the pictures and around the baseboards. And one of the beds needed maintenance because the headboard was a little loose and the bedframe creaked.

An absolutely wonderful stay!!

Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed their rooms... comfy beds, great bathrooms, & privacy!! There were plenty of seating options in the living/dining/kitchen areas for us all to be comfortable. And the corner balcony was perfect... loved the outdoor furniture!! We highly recommend this condo if you need to accommodate a large group!!!
