We had such a wonderful stay. Beautiful weather and lots of time to unwind after a work trip. I would recommend this spot for some relaxation.

Wife and I visited end of September for down time. Very clean and bright, full kitchen, well-appointed living space and lovely patio. Nightly hot tub was great as evenings were slow - technically it is shared with hosts who live adjacent but we never saw and barely heard them. Only drawback is no window coverings - you wake with the sun.

Loved staying here with my husband and two teens, and Ingrid is an ideal host. The place is cute and comfortable. Cozy and quiet. We enjoyed the pellet burning stove very much. The hot tub is big, private, covered, and gives a view of the meadow ahead and the stars on a clear night. We all agreed the beds are comfortable. Ingrid is very communicative and clearly cares her guests are enjoying their stay. She was even kind enough to provide me with a personal item I had forgotten. Lots to see around the island. We enjoyed hiking to Shark Reef where we saw many seals fishing, Fisherman’s Bay, my personal favorite Iceberg Point, and the new to me Point Colville. Beautiful, easy hikes all with rewarding views. We brought our own food and enjoyed cooking, grilling, and movie watching in the evenings. We did visit Setsunai for ramen, and I highly recommend the pork belly ramen and the lavender lemon shrug! We spent a rainy day relaxing with crochet and games. I would definitely return to this property for another relaxing getaway.

We had a fantastic time and it was the perfect getaway for my wife and I. Lopez island is a true gem and this property is at the perfect location, close to multiple trails. Ingrid was very quick to respond and I would come back again, highly recommend it!

We had an excellent stay at this cabin while on Lopez. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. Ingrid and Bret were very communicative prior to our stay and check-in was easy. Cell service is limited on the island so I’d saving the check-in info ahead of time so you’re not searching for bars like we were trying to find the entry instructions :)The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make meals in the kitchen and enjoy them on the beautiful back deck. The bathroom is also nicely updated and has both a shower and bath tub. The cabin was clean when we arrived and the host even left us a bottle of local wine and some coffee. It was just the two of us, but this cabin could accommodate up to 4 people pretty comfortably. We’d absolutely stay here again on another trip to Lopez!

We love this cabin. It is always such an inviting and comfortable place to spend a peaceful weekend on Lopez. The hot tub was amazing. All needed amenities were provided. Ingrid is always responsive if we have any questions. We were able to relax and enjoy and loved every minute of it.

Amazing Lopez weekend

This is our fourth time staying at the cabin and we are very pleased, as usual. The hot tub is so nice and the property is perfect for a relaxing weekend for two.

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed the coziness of the cabin, the lovely view from the deck, and the relaxing hot tub. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and Ingrid was easy to communicate with. They are in the process of building addition to the cabin, but no construction work was done during our stay. It was very quiet and peaceful the whole time.

Get a way

We love this little cabin--it's the two of us and we enjoy doing our own cooking. It's cozy and there are delightful sitting areas both in the sun and on the porch.

Relaxing Cabin Getaway

Ingrid is a phenomenal host! We have stayed here twice and are thrilled with our experience each time. The cabin is spacious, has great amenities (hello, hot tub!), and Ingrid is very communicative, helpful, and friendly. We love our escapes to Lopez Island and the cabin is the perfect home base for hikes and great food. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely spot

Lovely cabin, pratical and convenient with nice amenities. Very comfortable beds. It might be a good idea to add blinds or curtains to the three large sets of glass doors to afford a bit more privacy.

Another amazing weekend at the cabin

This is our fifth stay at the cabin, which I think speaks for itself. We love this property. Hot tub is welcoming, kitchen is equipped for some cooking, and the towel warmers and heated floors in the bathroom are so nice this time of year. Perfect weekend watching bald eagles fly by from the hot tub, watching movies, reading while listening to the rain and venturing into the village.
