Magnifique condo bord de mer à Pointe West! 'ÉTÉ SANS FIN "dispose de trois chambres et deux salles de bains, cette résidence de vacances est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de vos vacances Pointe West. Il est situé sur le premier niveau qui vous permet de profiter facilement de la vue magnifique sur le front de mer de la salle à manger ou un espace ouvert dans ce condo de plan d'étage.
Une cuisine bien équipée, il est facile de préparer un dîner et divertir les invités dans le même temps. Les chambres à coucher comprennent une chambre lit king-size, une deuxième chambre lit king-size et une troisième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et des lits superposés, ce qui en fait un condo idéal pour les couples ou deux petites familles en vacances.

Notre villa est à quelques pas du club de plage privé où vous pouvez profiter de toutes les commodités offertes, y compris une terrasse ensoleillée de 20 000 pieds carrés, une piscine à débordement, un bain à remous, un bassin pour enfants, des cabanas, des barbecues, un centre de remise en forme et un restaurant. Désolé, aucun groupe de promotion ou de graduation n'est autorisé.

Heure d'arrivée est 16 heures et l'heure de départ est 11 heures.

Beautiful property with easy beach access. Kitchen was well stocked. Check in was easy - but be sure to watch for texts from property manager AND emails from beach resort community. We love the beach at this location because vehicles are restricted. Far enough out to feel secluded, but close enough to drive in for fun activities, shopping, and dining. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location

Property was clean and well furnished. It’s a short walk to the beach access and balcony has great view. We love this part of Galveston!

Amazing condo

This was our second time staying here and we really enjoyed ourselves. Staying here after the summer rush made it feel like we had the whole place to ourselves. The weather was perfect and the views were amazing. Sunrises on the beach and sunset on the bay,

We enjoyed the stay and the property. Our only complaints were that the air would get cold in the master bedroom, but the guest bedroom would not get much air coming from the vent. We tried adjusting the vents, but that did not make enough of a difference. Second we killed two cockroaches but that is not that big of a deal.

Thank you for your feedback, we have had the AC reviewed. Our rental is on a treatment plan for unwanted pests. Being in a coastal area sometimes lends to have unwanted visitors. Great location

We’ve stayed at Pointe West several times and always enjoy it. It’s about a 20 minute drive into downtown Galveston, but we rarely go. The beach is t crowded and it’s very relaxing. The condo is on the first level right next to the boardwalk and had everything we needed. The elevator was being repaired while we were there and should be up and running by now. The view from the balcony was great. Looking forward to going back next year.

We had a great stay at Endless Summer. Very well stocked with extras that we appreciated. Easy access to the beach and all amenities. Very comfortable and very spacious. Our family of five had a great time!

Fabulous condo !

Deck has a great view and the condo was well stocked and nicely decorated in all new bedding and towels. Enjoyed it and plan to visit again. Morning walks on the beach were the best! We also enjoyed the pool and restaurant at the bar.

The Perfect Place

We have stayed at several of the condos at Pointe West over the years but this was our family’s favorite. Very close to the boardwalk to the beach. Well stocked and clean as a whistle!

Great place, great location. We were there for a family vacation. 7 of us had plenty of space for fun, relaxing and eating. Great location for beach access. I would recommend. Property managers got back to us quickly when we had questions.

Girls Getaway

Wow, another great girls weekend at Endless Summer! This was my second stay in Galveston with friends and it was as fabulous as the first. The property is clean, well stocked and has plenty of space for seating inside as well as on the porch. The views and location are fantastic. Ready to plan the next one! Thanks so much!

Relaxing beach front rental

Property was clean and location right by the walkover pier to the beach... unit was on first floor right off the elevator. The only disappointment was both pools were closed for repairs and no restaurant or access to quick food /groceries. However, it was off season and luckly, I didnt bring children that wanted to swim.

Since it is off-season and chiller days, the management company of the Beach Club took advantage of this season to do some "pool enchancements". During the off-season the community is quiet. Perfect for those looking to relax, take a nice beach stroll, bird watch and simply enjoy serenity. As you mentioned there are several local restaurants around to enjoy and grocery access. Thanksgiving Getaway

We rented this beautiful condo for a few nights before Thanksgiving so that we could just enjoy the beach for a few days. The patio has a gorgeous view of the gulf and the weather was very balmy. The kids enjoyed swimming at the resort pool and warming up in the hot tub. The adults just stayed in the hot tub. There was plenty of room for everyone and the condo was clean. I am hoping to make this a yearly tradition, but stay a few more days.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a lovely vacation! The condo was clean, well stocked, had an amazing view and was conveniently located right by the water. The only time it wasn't perfect was our last full day- they started building maintenance early and it was super noisy with beeping, saws, etc... Had we not had an infant with us, it wouldn't have mattered one bit. We loved all the small touches like the dog friendly extras and baby gear. I didn't realize how far it was from restaurants and shopping, but honestly, I think that's why it was so uncrowded. We would love to visit again.

The community of Pointe West is about 20 miles outside of the "tourist" zone of Galveston. Many guests love the private, wide and clean beaches while they escape the hustle and bustle. Truly peace on earth. Our community is finishing up some beautification enhancements and with the perfect weather got a bit ahead of schedule. Unfortunately we were unable to control that, and we do apologize for the day of noise disruption. The good news is the painting of the building is done! Pointe West

The actual condo was fine….clean, adequate supplies,good tv choices, etc…. The problem was the property itself. We have stayed at Pointe West for 4 years and this will be our last. The elevators have never worked. The beach club is never properly working. Either the game room is closed or the bathrooms are being renovated. It has never been fully accessible.

Glad to hear that you enjoyed the comforts of the Endless Summer. This ocean front condo is in a great location and pet friendly. The community is undergoing some renovations and updates to our amenities building, the progress is coming along and estimated to be complete by October. We do mention this in our listing and hope that everyone reads thoroughly before booking. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions regarding any construction or updates that are ongoing. The elevator in the building is currently working, but they do occasionally require maintenance. Stairs would be required when elevator is out of service. Pointe West is a lovely family community, we hope to see you soon. Fall is a great time to visit.

Great Vacation Location

It was a nice property and close to the beach. We loved our time on the beach! The drive to Galveston took about 20 min. but we liked the seclusion and quiet surroundings. The condo had a hint of musty smell but that's probably typical in that climate. We were also a little surprised that for the entire week there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom provided, one roll of paper towels, and no tissues at all.. Otherwise, the kitchen was adequately stocked. The pool and hot tub area was nice and entertaining for the kids.

Better than Advertised!!

This rental was great! West Pointe is a hidden gem with all of the amenities of a large resort without the hustle and bustle that comes with a resort. We had four adults and two young children for six nights which was very comfortable. The unit was well equipped and clean with the best acccess to the private beach which was phenomenal! It was a good 30 minute drive to the heart of Galveston but it was definitely worth being a little further out to have the peace and quiet of West Pointe! The only challenge we had was that the AC went out our first day, but the owner was very responsive and had it repaired first thing the next morning! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Galveston!

Perfect!

The location of this condo is perfect! We’ve stayed at several in Pointe West- and we’d pick this one over them all. Elevator was right outside the door, as well as the trash chute. The dune walkover is steps away from the elevator! The inside was perfect for our family. The only thing we needed that wasn’t provided was scissors (to cut open beach toys and floats). But, knives worked just fine. We LOVED the patio, as well. Very spacious! 10/10 all the way around ☺️

Lovely ocean view

We have stayed in many Point West condos and this was our first for a first floor view. The condo was well furnished great covered porch, beds were good. Great views of ocean! Complaints have more to do with management and vrbo than the actual condo. Smoke alarm went off during the night, lights on porch did not work and Wi-Fi was not accessible in back rooms nor were tvs in bedrooms working. For the exorbitant extra fees vrbo/pointe west charges it irks me that you only get 1 roll of toilet paper, 3 trash bags, 1 roll paper towels, etc. even hotels give you more soap and TP. However, all was clearly stated in rental so we knew going in.

Thank you for your review of Endless Summer with endless views of the gulf whether inside the home or enjoying the private and spacious balcony. I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with a few items of your stay. The alarm and outside lighting is managed by the community management company and are located outside the rental. It was our understanding that their was a mechanical malfunction with the alarm that has been corrected. Had we known about Wi-Fi and TV issues we would have tried to troubleshoot during your stay. The fees charged by VRBO and the Beach Club are not collected by us, both are seperate entities. The Beach Club fees are for use of their amentities. VRBO charges their own service fee for utilizing their reservation system. We do hope you will visit again and look forward to welcoming new guests to Endless Summer. Fun at the Beach Despite Maintenance

Despite multiple daily interruptions for maintenance, we enjoyed our vacation. It would be nice if the property managers could fix things when the condo is not occupied. And a heads up that they were going to power wash the building would have been appreciated. According to the guest log, the ice maker has been broken for some time, so that should be addressed. The benches at the dining table were not comfortable, but that was our only card-playing area where we could escape the mosquitoes. The mosquitoes were unbelievably wretched this year! You'd think the property would spray around the buildings at the very least. We escaped them at the beach, but be aware the walk across the boardwalk is very long for seniors. The condo needs an update, and if you don't mind hearing the people above you, it's a decent stay. I communicated quite a bit with the property manager due to the maintenance issues and found them responsive with answers and friendly suggestions for restaurants.

Thank you, Rani, for your review, please know we do take these comments to heart and have already addressed the mentioned issue of the ice maker; it has been completely replaced with a brand-new unit. When a guest reports a maintenance issue, we try to address it as quickly as able. We may have to call a special repair company out and often it may mean the guest is still in the unit. We do however always ask first if that is an issue. Like at home, the unexpected home repair happens and we do our best to correct it fast! Please know that this is not our normal standard as you can tell from previous months/years of review. At Pointe West Vacation we pride ourselves on customer response. The mosquitos have calmed down! Being so dry and then having a couple of weeks of rain in August created a "haven" for them. The community and county to note do spray weekly which has helped tremendously. We are happy that you enjoyed the beautiful beach area here at Pointe West and the local area, it is truly a bit of heaven on earth. We do hope you will come back and give us another try.
