Great llocation walking distance to the beach

Place was great for a large group. Nice rooftop deck which was awesome to see the fireworks from. Pool is a good size for multi family stay.

Friends Vacation

Very spacious, great sleeping situation for a large group, close walk to the beach, not too far from Charleston bars and restaurants. Additionally, staff was very easy to reach and helpful.

Beach Trip

Great house and location! This house is close to everything and just a quick walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely book this house again.

Family Vacation

We were very pleased with our accommodations and location. Easy walk to the beach and shops. Very thankful for the elevator and so we’re my 74 year old knees😊

Great place for a big group!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights at the house. We were a family group of 16 and the house couldn’t have been more perfect to meet our needs. It was very clean with very nice linens and comfortable beds. Highly recommend!!

I don't believe anything was reported while you were here on that? We are very responsive. Always know you can call us and we will help. We have not had any issues with the fridge after your visit. Isle of Palms near Charleston

Wonderful house with lots of room for multi generations to spread out and do their own thing. The kids loved the pool and football tables. We loved the short walk to the beach and access to convenient stores and restaurants

Even iffy weather did not get in our way. The house was perfect for our vacation with the kids and grandkids. We took in some fine area restaurants as well. Everybody loved it,

Ring in the New Year 2021

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. We are a family of 13 and we had lots of space and great sleeping arrangements. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Absolutely beautiful home.

Wedding Weekend

I would highly recommend staying at any property under Exclusive Properties. Karen and her team were amazing in all aspects. The house was perfect and was exactly what we thought we were getting.

IOP Vacation

Our stay at Brach Daze was excellent! We had a group of 12 from ages 18-82. The house was well equipped with everything we needed (a very well stocked kitchen), the beds were very comfortable and the location was great with easy access to the beach and restaurants. We loved the roof top patio and took our cornhole up to enjoy in the evenings!

Great Home for LOTS of people

We were there to celebrate an 80th birthday with family from everywhere. The home was large enough to accommodate everyone super comfortable. The house was equipped with everything you can possibly need. It is walking distance to the beach which was a great plus. We were extremely happy and plan to return again. The house is great.

Well decorated up to date clean home!

Our family spent the holiday weekend in this gorgeous home! We had eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms to spread out. The weather was beautiful and we were able to walk to the beach 100 yards away and to the many restaurants nearby. The house had a large living and dining are which was perfect for all of us to be together. We are already planning our summer vacation here!

Annual Family Vacation

The house was very spacious and clean. The family room and kitchen was great when we were all together. The deck on the roof was a nice place to be in the evening. We rented a golf cart to get all of our "Stuff" to the beach. It was a lifesaver.

Amazing Vacation!

This was the best property we've ever rented! The pictures do not do it justice. It was clean, the leasing office was kind and prompt - lots to do near by but we didn't even want to leave the amazing home. It was spacious and sooooo clean. They even left us with a binder filled with amazing suggestions on activities. We will be back!
