(MARINA LOOKOUT) - WATERVIEW! PROFITEZ D'EXPLORER L'ÎLE DE SAN JUAN DEPUIS LA MARINA LOOKOUT. Ce condo avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est une base idéale pour votre séjour sur l’île. À distance de marche des magasins, restaurants, théâtres et marché de producteurs de Friday Harbor, cette propriété est parfaite pour profiter de la vie en ville tout en étant parfaitement située pour éviter la cohue.

Le salon offre des baies vitrées pour regarder le trafic de bateaux entrer et sortir du port. Il y a aussi un balcon pour s'asseoir et se détendre. Ou si vous préférez, vous trouverez un téléviseur à écran plat avec DirectTV avec forfait sport dans le salon. Cette propriété offre également Internet haute vitesse sans fil.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils et est orientée pour que vous puissiez profiter de la vue tout en préparant vos repas. La salle à manger peut accueillir 4 personnes. Il y a aussi un bar pouvant accueillir 2 personnes.

La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit queen size et a une salle de bain principale attenante. Il y a aussi un accès au balcon de la chambre principale. La chambre principale dispose également d'une télévision à écran plat.

La deuxième chambre est meublée avec deux lits jumeaux. Le bain d'invité comprend une douche ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse empilables.

Beauty at your Fingertips

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was probably in the top 4 or 5 vacation experiences in our lifetime. (And that includes France, Disney, New York, etc) The space was so ideal for our needs, it was very clean and the view spectacular. We were contacted and asked if everything was allright and given a contact number if we had any issues. We loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The proximity to the town of Friday Harbor made it easy and enjoyable to dine and shop. We would recommend this property to anyone and hope to be able to return next year.

Great Stay in Friday Harbor

The condo had everything we needed for a long stay and the location was great, I walked into Friday Harbor every day!

Evaluation of Marina Lookout

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great stay; the location was perfect.It was definitely NOT clean.The floors were quite dirty with hairballs all over and our socks were black after walking on them for one day.The lint screen in the dryer was full and not locked into place. The vacuum sweeper cannister was full; had to empty and clean filter to use. The oven was atrocious and it was a self-cleaning oven! The baseboards hadn't been cleaned in forever and the exhaust fans in the bathrooms were full of dust. The vacation rental & management staff were very helpful.Had 3 different plumbing issues but maintenance was prompt to correct.

Great water views

Reviewer Comments: We appreciated the in-town location (walk to downtown amenities-museums, shops, galleries, restaurants, ferry, farmers' market on Saturday mornings). Note that the walk along the downtown streets can be very hilly--be prepared! Assuming this is a once-in-a lifetime trip to San Juan Island, to experience all that the island has to offer (outside of town), visitors need a car at some point; you can rent a vehicle in Seattle or Anacortes and drive it on to the ferry, or arrange for a car on-island. We loved having the washer/dryer in the unit, but it's a stackable set with smaller than standard capacity, so we used it quite a few times. Marina Lookout offered great views and a location that suited us, but the property is a little tired. We can see that the owner is making improvements over time, but our 3 star rating on "general condition" reflects that there's room for updating and freshening up. Kudos to property manager Chris G--he was a gem, and responded very quickly and professionally to a couple of matters that needed attention. Thanks, Chris, for your attentiveness!

The view of the marina was wonderful, interesting rain or shine, and the location is both quiet and within easy walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, library, church, ferry terminal,and all services in Friday Harbor. Easy parking. Well equipped kitchen. Our only suggestion would be a better mattress in the master bedroom.

Serenity is in the View

Reviewer Comments: Friday Harbor is a great destination and having the convenience of a two BR, two Bath condo overlooking the marina was a huge plus. This unit provided room for guests who came to enjoy the island as well as ample room to cook whenever we wanted. Of course there are so many first-rate restaurants nearby, that we usually decided to spoil ourselves there. The San Juan Community theatre was a few steps away, and the main street of Friday Harbor only a few blocks from us so the condo made life very easy. My favorite activity was watching morning creep over the harbor, sometimes in pink fog...and then at the end of day, marvel at the way the water holds the light, even as darkness creeps in.You may not know that here, sunset doesn't happen in summer until well after 9:00 PM! This place is a well-kept secret and I hope to return each summer.
