Venez découvrir un monde de beauté et d'hospitalité à Sedona Suite, un paisible «lit et petit déjeuner à faire soi-même», juste à l'extérieur des limites de la ville de Sedona.

Ceci est l'une des deux suites privées sur la propriété. (Pour voir notre autre suite, veuillez consulter la liste # 936047 sur VRBO ou HomeAway.)

Cette jolie suite studio dispose d'un lit king-size haut de gamme et d'un balcon avec une vue spectaculaire sur Pyramid Rock. La suite partage un mur avec notre maison, mais elle est complètement indépendante et privée, avec sa propre entrée privée.

Situé au pied de la majestueuse pyramide de Sedona et de Cathedral Rocks, et à 10 minutes de route du cœur de Sedona, cet endroit serein se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied d'Oak Creek et l'un des endroits les plus photographiés de l'Arizona - Red Rock Crossing. De plus, il y a plus de 50 miles d'excellents sentiers de randonnée dans des milliers d'acres de forêt nationale juste devant la porte. Cet emplacement offre le meilleur des deux mondes: un cadre naturel calme et à seulement 10 minutes en voiture des épiceries, des restaurants, etc. à West Sedona.

Cette propriété est à la fois luxueuse et respectueuse de l'environnement, comprenant de nombreux matériaux et techniques de construction écologiquement durables tels que des murs en terre coulée et en ballots de paille et le chauffage solaire dans la maison principale et une belle zone humide vivante pour l'élimination des eaux usées.

Great place among red rocks!

Traveling to Sedona to hike, we found the Pyramid Suite a great place to stay! Nestled among the gorgeous red rocks, the room was spacious, very clean, and convenient. We appreciated being just out of town but close enough to the restaurants and sights of Sedona, as well as the many hiking trails the area has to offer. Ken, the owner and host, was especially friendly and helpful. If we return to this area, we would happily return to the Pyramid Suite.

The room was very clean and the area quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Loved that you could sleep with the patio door open and no bugs. The owner was very nice and helpful with information as where to eat, what to do and where the best hiking trails were. It was the perfect place for us. Thanks Ken and Heather for sharing your home.

Superb from start to finish

Large one-room apartment with adjoining bathroom, built-in closet, and kitchen area. King-size bed. Beautifully furnished and decorated in colors that complement the scenery outside. Large balcony overlooking trees and a reasonable vista. All the little things you don't expect like drinks in the fridge, sound system with antique Bose speakers, umbrellas in a large pot ... even a sunhat. Minutes away from the best view of Cathedral Rock, but still a very quiet location. Host is outgoing and amiable: nothing appears to be too much trouble for him, and he is a mine of information about the surrounding area. We would stay again without a moment's hesitation.

Top Notch

The warm welcome we received from Ken & Buddy was great. We appreciated the overview of Sedona that Ken gave us upon arrival; it was very helpful. The many books about the various trails were informative & helped us in planning our days activities. We hiked Doe Mountain, Devil's Bridge (our favorite) and West Fork. The location of the suite was perfect for us. Pyramid Suite was very clean & comfortable. We enjoyed eating our breakfast on the balcony each morning before venturing out for the day. The only negative item is that the website states that a washer/dryer are in the suite. This is not the case. It would have come in handy for us since we had been traveling over half of our two-week trip. However, Ken offered for us to use his personal machines in his resident but we declined. Pyramid Suites is still a five-star place to stay. When we return to Sedona, we will return to this suite!!

As for the website indicating a washer is in the suite...all I can think of is that maybe you remembered seeing that option on another property and not ours. Since we began on this site in 2004, our listing has always stated under washer and dryer: "You can use ours in the main house's garage upon request." A Slice Of Heaven In Arizona

This was our first experience with a VRBO in Arizona and we are jumping with joy to report that it set the bar very high for any VRBO property that we stay at in the future. The details in the reviews written by other guests of this property are spot on and so true! Yes the property oozes beauty, privacy, charm & comfort but ALL of it's the beauty, privacy, charm & comfort is a direct result of its owners. That's what makes this property such an exceptional place to stay in the great southwest. It is evident before you even step out of your vehicle that you are entering a magical setting created especially for you by Ken & Heather. They built this property and made it into a slice of heaven of which they unselfishly share with others. Their passion for people, animals and nature coupled with their positive energy is evident in every detail. Not much can top viewing a loved one "un-plug", completely relax and submerse themselves in the beauty & tranquility that this property and its adjacent surroundings has to offer its guests. This property is so AWESOMELY located, that you can literally walk out the front door and begin hiking in a variety of locations. We will write no more so that YOU (a future guest) can make your reservations and subsequently write your own review using superlative adjectives and joyful verbs that will be bouncing out of you at the complettion of your stay in the Pyramid Rock Suite. Very comfortable suite stocked with extras like organic coffee and tea , hiking poles and umbrellas (which we needed). Very welcoming, friendly and informative host. We went to hike and that we do. There are so many beautiful hikes right out the front door.

We’ve stayed at several VRBO’s before, all excellent, but when you factor in the breathtaking views from every corner of the property, this one rates the best. The unit is spacious, clean, and modern. Extremely comfortable king size bed. Lots of closet space and a large bathroom with good thick quality towels. Fully equipped kitchenette (no stove or hot plate) but has a bar fridge and microwave. Ken and his wife Heather are at your beck and call and are a wealth of information for where to eat, hike and entertainment. If you are visiting Sedona you’d be hard pressed to find a better place to stay for VRBO type of accommodations. This one is a gem.

Great location, fully equipped

This was a lovely condo for our long weekend. The property was in a beautiful and convenient location. Heather provided a very thorough and thoughtful orientation to the unit and the area based on our interests. She provided very helpful notes on hiking trails and nearby restaurants as well as multiple maps. The coffee was great and we enjoyed the granola bars for our hikes!They also provide hiking poles and other items to use during your stay. It was an added, unexpected bonus to learn our hosts were vegan like us so Heather shared great places to get vegan fare. The phone reception and satellite TV were a bit hit or miss, but we were there to unplug and be in nature anyway! I would definitely stay here again!

We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay so much. Yes, the cell coverage is spotty in the area, but WIFI calling works great. The TV should have worked fine, as it is cable and not satellite. Pyramid Rock suite

The unit was absolutely beautiful! We loved sitting on the little deck with coffee and binoculars watching the birds and the view. Ken was a great host, very easy to deal with and full of great information about the area. Every recommendation he gave us was a winner, from hikes to restaurants. West Sedona is much less crowded and touristy which we loved. There are many easily reached trails on this end of town and Oak Creek is at the end of the road! We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Sedona.

The lovely location put me in the center of hiking trails and views. The hosts were very helpful with suggestions and maps and books. They even had a soaking pan and epson salts which fortunately I didn’t need. Would love to go here again.

an oasis in West Sedona

lovely, well-appointed, clean...has a sunset view of Pyramid Peak, easy access to town. Our hosts were thoughtful enough to provide an all access pass for the local hikes. They had excellent recommendations for local restaurants (A shout out to Picazzo's!)and many hiking/activity ideas, books for details. They also had hiking poles to offer. Quality shampoo/conditioner/soap, coffee. The surrounding yard was lovely. We would go back with pleasure. One tip-if you are light sensitive, may want to bring eyeshades as there are some windows set high under the eaves which bring in early morning light. thanks again to our hosts!

my husband and i stayed 7 nights in the pyramid suite which was comfortable, well equipped and located in a very scenic area. suggestions by our hosts about hikes, sites to see and eating places was appreciated and many reference materials were available for us to plan our adventures each day. we hated to leave!
