Belle auberge historique, au coeur de Uptown Sedona, à 3 pâtés de maisons des magasins et des restaurants. Ceci est une unité séparée privée, attachée à la droite de l'auberge, qui a sa propre entrée avec une chambre, une salle de bain, une cuisine avec cuisinière, un réfrigérateur avec une table pour 2 et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un barbecue. Le jardin est paradisiaque avec 2 patios privés intimes avec jacuzzi privé, chaises longues et table de petit déjeuner. Il a sa propre entrée et est entièrement privé avec parking juste devant l'unité.

Le Historic Inn a été construit en 1949 et le Dr Williamson, le premier docteur à Sedona a vécu ici. C'est un monument historique appelé The Dr. Maison Williamson. Il est à trois pâtés de maisons du célèbre quartier Uptown de Sedona avec des galeries, des magasins de détail et des restaurants. Le quartier est très calme vous permettant de vous détendre dans le jardin. Il est également à distance de marche de grandes randonnées et les vues sont magnifiques.

Il s'agit d'une chambre avec une salle de bains et une cuisine entièrement équipée séparée. Il a tous les nouveaux meubles, avec des draps 100% bambou. Nouveau matelas queen-size. L'unité a une sensation lumineuse et propre. Les patios extérieurs permettent une détente totale avec jacuzzi privé, et terrasse de petit déjeuner et beau jardin pour s'asseoir.

Sedona Historic Inn

Debra was very welcoming via text long before our stay. Arrangements for access were easy and accurate, and Debra was kind enough to have left us a bottle of wine and some delicious chocolate as welcome gifts. Debra made it clear that we could contact her if we needed anything. I told her that we would likely be fine—we’re pretty low-maintenance. She left us to our vacation, but it was nice to know that she’d be responsive, if necessary. The place was perfect, just as described. Debra was a perfect hostess—in our case, she left us to our activities and respected our privacy. We plan annual trips to Sedona—Debra’s will be the first place I will look to stay.

Great location walking distance to Uptown!

We stayed for a couple nights end of April. The location is perfect as we were able to walk to all the shops and dining in Uptown which was great as it was a busy weekend so traffic was crazy! The place is small but so cute! They have robes which is awesome! The spa was a bit over-chlorinated but understandable for a rental. The yard is so quaint and cute...thoroughly enjoyed reading on the lounger and swing! ONE RECOMMENDATION bring a sleep mask as the bed is right below two skylights...otherwise you will be up when the sun comes up ;-) That was the only downside. Bed was comfy and it was the perfect spot for a couple nights in Sedona!

Small But Sweet

It was clear from the minute we stepped into this property that Debra wanted us to be happy with it. It’s nicely decorated and had everything my husband and I needed. Debra was very responsive to emails and texts, and made check-in seamless. We walked to every where we wanted to eat. It has a lovely private outdoor seating area in the garden and the hot tub is always on and warm. It’s a bedroom and bathroom, with a separate kitchenette, so not a lot of extra room, but big enough for a couple.

The space is awesome. The outdoor space is very relaxing. Walk to many restaurants and shops. Bring your headlamps or a flashlight. There are no streetlamps on the side streets. Overall excellent.

Had a few days stay to experience Sedona shopping, hiking & relaxing. We enjoyed a quiet stay but close to all the area attractions. Our host was very gracious and loved her apartment.

Red Rock Region Retreat

We visited Sedona on a time share exchange about 15 years ago and we loved the area. Both my wife and I decided to come back and we stayed at Debra's Sedona Historic Inn in a nice neighborhood that is centrally located to downtown. We found the accommodations to be charming and "cottage" like that gave us a true feeling of getting away. We very much like the decor, especially with the display of artwork throughout the cottage. Further, Debra connected us with a local famous artist of which we visited his private studio in the local area. We also went on several hikes in the Red Rock region and ate at some of the finest restaurants per Debra's recommendation. Overall, we experienced an excellent getaway and I would highly recommend the Sedona Historic Inn to any couple who simply has the desire to go out and "smell the flowers."

A delightful base for a Sedona visit

We really enjoyed our stay at the Historic Inn. It was a cozy refuge, perfect for a good night's rest after a day of hiking and sightseeing in the Sedona area. The hot tub under the stars was *amazing* on a chilly winter night, and it was a great to be able to stroll just a couple of blocks to enjoy coffee or a healthy smoothie in the morning. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sedona!

Good, but not great

First impressions mean a lot, and our first impression was that all the plates and BBQ tongs and glasses were NOT clean (covered in a greasy film). So we had to wash everything before dinner. Then, dinner was a challenge because the BBQ was out of gas and we had to make do with the electric stove. Finally for New Years Deborah asked us if we liked red or white wine. We told her we're not wine drinkers and we suggested something else (that later we were able to find at the local Safeway - it was simple and not exotic and less expensive than any wine would be.) Well, she apparently forgot her invitation because nothing was mentioned about any beverage. Other than those things, the place was nice for 2 people (still is pretty small though). Very convenient location, bed was comfortable, heater worked well, separate entrance and parking for us, however the hot tub was nice but was temperamental (the jets would shut off, and then turn on and spray out onto the ground). Like I said, the place was good, not great.

Beware of owner lady

Beware of owner: Was hustled by the owner over dirty sheets. Left a tomato spot on the sheet and she found a way to charge us $250 dollars through the protection plan VRBO allows. Would not recommend to anybody with class.

Girls getaway

Charming Sedona

We highly recommend this property…walking distance to Uptown restaurants and shops. The host had great tips for hikes, restaurants and things to do. The home has an enchanting garden with chaise lounges, a heavenly outdoor Jacuzzi and skylights in the bedroom where the stars shine down at night. We were there over Thanksgiving and it was a wonderful time to go!

Cute and quaint, good location

This small unit is just a little portion of the house shown in the photos, there is no living room, just a bed and a small kitchen table. The hottub is NOT in the owner’s beautiful garden it’s around the corner in a dark side yard of the house surrounded by a tall brown fence. The host was very kind to have a bottle of white wine for us, and she also brang us extra blankets (the heater wasn’t working) and more creamer (hers were all old and curdled) we paid a cleaning fee but had to do all of our own dishes before leaving …after running the water for ten minutes it finally got hot enough to do our own dishes but over 4 days we didn’t shower since we couldn’t get hot water. This place is very old and cute enough and very close to all the great stuff in Sedona but wayyyy too much money for what you get. She says she could have brought out heaters but we were so busy with the art show I was doing we just didn’t want to bother with it all late at night after we got back… Thanks so much for being accommodating!

wonderful location

We loved the ability to walk to Uptown and to Hyatt shops. We walked to Elote and Pink Jeep Tours! Yet we were off the heavy traffic area in a lovely, quiet neighborhood! The unit was spotless and very comfortable. Although we didn't cook, it was wonderful to have a stocked kitchen and the option of a grill! Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This historical home has such character. I fell in love with it's charm and I have loved being it's Stewart for the past 22 years. The House was built with local material, as you can see with the outside constructed with Sedona red rocks. The private jacuzzi is a dream to come back to after a hike. Also having the kitchen, so you don't have to eat all meals out is nice and having BBQ Grill to enjoy being in the garden.

If you really want the real Sedona feel, this historical gem is a perfect way into it.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

People that stay at the Inn often tell me they felt comforted by it, which I totally understand because the whole house has that same feeling. It is a feel good house. The garden is mind blowing and just adds to the comfort and relaxation, along with the jacuzzi. I've created the space in a way I like to travel.

The kitchen makes it nice to get up and have breakfast in the garden and start your day in a relaxing way. The rooms are fresh, clean and cozy. I only hear positive comments.

The private jacuzzi is a real treat after a day of hiking out in our amazing red rocks. Get up have breakfast in the garden, go hiking, then come home for a glass of wine and bird watching in the garden with nice views and a calming jacuzzi. Also FREE Wi-Fi!
