I own a floating unit in phase #1, building #1, which faces the marina. In most cases, you will get a view of marina and the Atlantis property. (Harborside has the right to assign guest to other buildings in slight chance of overbooking. If this should occur, it would be out of my control and will NOT entitle the renter to a reduction of the rental fee). But trust me when i say, you will only be in the room to sleep!! There is soooo much to do. Check out the Atlantis web site for a list of activities!!

In addition to Harborside's pools, Guests will have, Access to Atlantis Hotel pools, lazy river rapids, the dig aquarium and waterslides, all included for entire stay and only a 5 minute walk or use free shuttle service (runs every 15 minutes)!! Shops and restaurants, located next to marina!!

Short walk to supermarket, liquor stores and ferry ride to Straw-market in Nassau, plus much more.

Harborside Resort at Atlantis provides a wealth of private amenities and pleasures, just steps from the villas.
