Cette oasis de jardin spécial dans Pleasure Point sera sûr d'impressionner. Il dispose d'un privé cour clôturée magnifiquement paysagé avec un patio, terrasse, grand jacuzzi et douche extérieure.

L'intérieur de cette maison d'un étage contient tous les nouveaux meubles et de nombreuses touches artistiques.

La suite parentale spacieuse dispose d'un lit king-size Californie, qui donne sur le patio par de belles portes fenêtres encadrées par une roseraie. La salle de bains principale comprend une baignoire spacieuse, grande pierre personnalisé douche carrelée avec banc, lavabo double et une salle de toilettes séparées. Il y a un dressing.

La cuisine dispose de tous les appareils modernes en acier inoxydable, un effectif complet d'ustensiles de cuisine et des accessoires. La table à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à 8.

Le salon dispose d'une télévision 50 'avec accès à votre compte Netflix ou Hulu pour regarder des films et profiter des chaînes du câble.

Il ya un lit double dans la deuxième chambre et 2 lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre. Les jumeaux sont facilement convertis en un roi, si nécessaire. La deuxième salle de bains dispose d'une baignoire et d'une douche.

La cour est joliment aménagé et entouré d'arbres matures. Cela donne l'abondance oasis de la vie privée. Vous vous promènerez à travers la porte et se sentir comme à la maison.

Il est une petite promenade à East Cliff Drive et des escaliers à une plage abritée et le premier spot de surf.

Le stationnement hors rue dans l'allée peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre voitures.

Nice Location

We stayed 3 nights, the location was great for getting to the Boulevard and Henry Cowell State Park. We walked to the beach and had fun exploring the area. Definitely would stay here again!

Nice stay

We were a group of six adults gathering for a 60th birthday celebration. The house is well located to the beach and also walkable to shops and restaurants as well. The owners were very responsive to any requests we made and the house is well stocked w amenities, esp the kitchen.

This house has a great location. The yard is really nice. Great hot tub area. Also it is well supplied. It was cozy and comfortable for four adults. but might be a little tight for 6 adults.

One of the best!!!

Our family has been renting homes in the E. Cliff/Pleasure Point neighborhood for more than two decades and I have to say that the Pleasure Point Oasis is one of the best homes that we have stayed in! Short walking distance to be able to start each morning with a wonderful coffee (Cat & Cloud) and end each evening with delicious dessert (The Penny Ice Cream) - not to mention the twice daily Beach walks/playing with the Dogs. The fully fenced yard (which is beautifully landscaped) made us feel secluded from the outside world - like we were on our own private Oasis. We can't wait to come back.

Best vacation house in Pleasure Point

We love Pleasure Point Oasis! The house is spacious and comfortable. Always very clean upon arrival. Well stocked with everything you need. The new patio furniture is lovely! Also- the Roku setup is cool, you can login to your streaming apps and it will remove your info upon checkout. We have stayed at this house many times and plan to stay many more. Owners are responsive and friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Always a pleasure at the Oasis!

Always a lovely stay at the Oasis

We stay at this property every year, and it never gets old. It is in a great location- close to the beach, shops, restaurants, short drive to Boardwalk and Capitola. The house is always very clean and comfortable. Communication with property manager is seamless. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Lovely Home and Garden

My wife and I came from Lodi to visit our son and grandkids for a week. Paradise Point Oasis is spacious enough for us to host a family gathering with everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and the table seats eight. we cooked out doors on the gas grill two nights. It’s an easy 4 block walk to the ocean. Restaurants and shopping are four blocks in the other direction.

Perfect Location in Pleasure Point

The yard was beautiful, and our whole family loved the location. Walking distance to everything — especially loved being able to get to 41st Ave easily to the beach and Cat & Cloud cafe. At the moment there is construction next door that starts at 8am. Stops from noon - 1pm then resumes demo 1-5pm. We would go back. Quiet and spacious.

Exceeded expectations

We loved the house. It was attractively furnished and very clean. Our dog enjoyed the yard which is completely enclosed with a high fence. The location was convenient and we could walk to the beach and neighborhood restaurants. Jewlia and Frank were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We would certainly stay there again.

A perfect weekend getaway

We visited the Oasis for a long weekend to celebrate my teenage son's birthday with lots of surfing. The house was perfect - a nice big kitchen area, expansive yard, lovely master suite and bath. We also love the Pleasure Point neighborhood which has a very close knit community feeling and easy walking access to all kinds of shops. We will definitely return! Thank you.

A Real Gem

We had a wonderful week staying this Santa Cruz location. The home was well furnished, very clean with a beautiful garden. The location couldn’t have been any better. It was a short 8 block walk to the beach and ten minute bike ride to downtown Capitola. Restaurants and coffee shops were right around the corner and Hwy 1 was just a couple of miles down the road. We enjoyed our visit so much we are trying to get a reservation for next year.

The location was great walking distance to anything you might need. The only complaints I would have is the T.V in bedroom did not work. The T.V in living room had horrible sound. Bathroom also need better faucets.

Wonderful house for two families

Our stay at the Pleasure Point Oasis was one of the best rental stays in a long time, the house was well maintained, easy to access and check-in and most importantly well stocked in kitchen, bath and bed essentials. The kids loved the availability of plenty of board games, outdoor toys and the nice backyard space. We appreciated the spacious rooms, clean kitchen and bath and the relaxing hot tub outside! The home was an easy walk away from the Pleasure point lookout area on Cliff Dr and a short drive away from wonderful beaches in the Santa Cruz area. One small hiccup with the water heater was also immediately resolved by the owners and didn't hamper our stay. Would definitely consider staying again here for future visits to the area!

Great Layout-and location

Very nice property. We’ll stocked. Lovely yard. Roku in master bedroom did not work. Shower in small bath did not work. Carpets in small bedrooms needs cleaning. Odor. I sprayed with Lysol and it helped. Would definitely come back.

Great location, great house.

The house is large - particularly the master suite and kitchen/dining area. The other two bedrooms are on the smaller side. Yard is private and lovely, big enough for the teens to toss around a volleyball. The hot tub is on a side patio away from main yard, which is fine, and includes a great outdoor shower and hose to clean off your beach gear. You can walk a short few blocks to East Cliff drive to surf and walk along East Cliff - also walking distance to the shops and restaurants on 41st. We loved that - but for a beach to hang out and boogie board we had to drive. Our only complaint was the property manager was a little brisk with us when we asked questions - we felt we were bother them.

Chill Getaway

We had the best time on 37th! My partner's work meant that we really couldn't take a full vacay, but the place had strong wifi so he could zoom in the mornings, while I ran to Santa Cruz and Capitola and then brought us Cat and Cloud coffee. My son and I walked to the beach everyday, saying hi to the local pig. We went to the boardwalk, Capitola beach a lot, and Privates beach. Wetsuit made that better for a 6 year old. Friends joined us for one night and the bedroom layout was perfect for an additional parent and two kids. Amenities we adored: hot tub, sunny private deck, awesome primary bed (soooo comfortable) and bathroom, solid rental kitchen, non-Tesla EV charging. TRULY AWESOME layout for a family vacation. The way the parent bedroom separates from kids allows for quality downtime after kids go to bed. Recommend that the property manager adds AA and AAA batteries for remotes that are running low.

Pleasure Point Indeed

We thoroughly enjoyed our two month stay at Pleasure Point. The house is very comfortable, loved the large kitchen and dining area. It was great for dining with friends, doing crossword puzzles, reading the morning paper, etc. The kitchen was also well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and appliances. The bedrooms were charming and the master suite was very quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood was very cute and we walked to the ocean every day to check on the tides and the surf and the doggy and people parade. We enjoyed eating at the East Side Eatery which has a very eclectic menu. Also Cliff's was a favorite breakfast spot. The house is very close to a small shopping center with a yoga studio and a donut shop. How convenient. The enclosed yard was very lovely, with many shrubs and trees blooming. And we did get some sun-sitting time out there, even in February. Also, the hot tub was greatly enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay at this house again.
