The holiday flat is located on the second floor of a typical alpine house in a quiet area of Ortisei, in the heart of the Dolomites. The location is pleasantly sunny, with a panoramic view of the Sassolungo and Sassopiatto mountains of the Dolomites, as well as the Sella group.
The mansard has an area of about 30 m² and is suitable for a maximum of two people. It is built with natural materials, such as wood, and is free of electrosmog at night to allow guests to enjoy a relaxing rest. The bedroom and living room have a double bed. The dining area consists of a corner bench and a table. The room leads to the kitchenette, in which there is a fully equipped kitchen. This is equipped with a gas hob, coffee machine, kettle and refrigerator, as well as crockery and cooking utensils. Next to it is the bathroom with shower, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer. The flat is ideal for a holiday in the mountains in both summer and winter. It can be heated and, due to its elevated location in the mountains, does not require air conditioning even in the summer months. The flat is also equipped with bed linen, towels and WLAN internet access. A cot for small children is available on request. East-facing balcony with panoramic view.
The outdoor areas are shared with the other house guests. The fenced property has a flower garden and a terrace equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasols for enjoying meals or simply relaxing and sunbathing. Guests also have a parking space in the garage.
The small residence is ideal for holidays with children, as there is a small petting zoo with rabbits and chickens, which the hosts keep for the love of animals. They like to play at races with the children and are happy to be petted.
In the centre of Ortisei, just a five-minute walk away, there are shops and restaurants. The nearest bus stop is only 50 metres away and the ski lifts are about 450 metres away. The Rasciesa funicular is also only 300 metres away. There is also a laundry service in the village.
