The apartment is located entirely on the second floor and is accessible only by a flight of stairs. The gem of this historic house is the large south-facing garden where you can admire the breathtaking view of the Sassolungo and the Sella massif, which can be used in common with the other tenants. The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery and much more. It is located in a south-facing panoramic position in the hamlet of San Giacomo, just a few minutes' walk from the famous little church, and is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation in the South Tyrolean Dolomites. In winter, you can reach the ski lifts in a few minutes thanks to the free public ski buses that stop a few meters from the house. In summer, hiking trails to the most beautiful peaks of the Dolomites start right next to the house.In the summer months the free city bus, which stops in front of the house, will take you to the center of Ortisei in a few minutes. You can also enjoy the warm sun of the Dolomites in the cozy garden with deck chairs and Sassolungo view.The gem of this holiday house is definitely the wonderful sun garden. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots.
