The detached holiday house is on a slope and is quietly situated, only about 10 metres above the level of the road. It was last renovated in 2013 and can accommodate up to eight people.
The panoramic terrace affords a grandiose view of Lake Garda. The terrace has a brick-built, open grill fireplace, lovely seating with cushions, a big table and a parasol shading the whole table. The house has window grids for your safety, also during your absence. The completely fenced garden of 600mÂČ with a big palm tree is right in front of the terrace. Steps lead conveniently to the big shared pool, used by nine apartments and not crowded. The pool area is very well-maintained and is taken care of several times a week by a specialist company. It is open from around mid-May to the end of September. Cars can be parked conveniently and securely in the big double garage for two cars, with an electronic garage door.
The accommodation of around 85mÂČ comprises two bedrooms each with a double bed (180 x 200cm and 160 x 200cm) and a little childrenâs room with up to four beds (each 90 x 200cm). There are also two bathrooms each with a toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle. The larger bathroom has a washing machine with an integrated dryer. The open kitchen with a counter in the living room is fully-equipped with a gas stove, extractor fan, dishwasher and a big fridge-freezer, as well as a microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glasses. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa with a height-adjustable table, as well as a 48â LED TV with a satellite receiver.
Bardolino is about a five-minute walk away and it is a further five minutes to the lakeside promenade, so a car is not required.
