Villa Franca is located in a panoramic position on the hills of Solarolo, a hamlet of Manerba del Garda. The Villa consists of two adjacent units, each has its own exclusive garden of 1,700 square meters on three sides of the Villa, from which you can enjoy the wonderful panorama of the mountains surrounding Lake Garda and a glimpse of the Island of Garda.

The large covered porch, equipped with dining table and sofas, allows you to have lunch and rest in the shade.

In the large garden there are a round above ground swimming pool for exclusive use (4.70 meters in diameter, water height 120cm) to cool off and let your children play, deckchairs for sunbathing and barbecue for your outdoor lunches.

Villa Franca has been completely renovated and furnished in the year 2021, and therefore has all the most modern features, for a holiday in total comfort.

In the large living room there is a large sofa, easily transformed into a double sofa bed, the dining table for six people, the 55" smart TV with international satellite channels and Netflix (movies on demand); in a large open area of the living room there is the kitchen, equipped with refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, extraction hood.

There are also two bedrooms, one of which is a double, and the second with two single beds, which can be placed side by side to make a double bed, two bathrooms complete with glass shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

The Villa is ideal for a total of four people, but it is also possible to stay up to a maximum of six people using the double sofa bed in the living room.

Villa Franca has air conditioning and air heating in the living room and in the two bedrooms, with independent outlets and adjustment in each room.

The beach of Porto Torchio can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes (1.3km), while the town center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes (800 meters); we strongly advise you to have a private means of transport, which will allow you to easily reach all the attractions in the area.
The Villa has private outdoor and fenced parking for at least four cars.

The rental price includes:
• Hot and cold water;
• Electricity;
• Unlimited Wi-Fi Internet;
• Smart TV with Netflix (film on demand) and international satellite channels;
• Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms;
• Private garden and private swimming pool, for exclusive use;
• Bed linen and towels, with weekly change;
• Final Cleaning.

The following costs are not included, and will be paid upon arrival:
• Municipal Tourist Tax of € 1.00 per day per person over 14 years.

Upon arrival you will be greeted directly by your staff, who will explain the main features of the Villa and will be available during your stay for any information or problems.
