Les vues de cette maison sont à couper le souffle! De chaque chambre, vous avez des vues spectaculaires sur la baie et l'océan. L'étendue des fenêtres dans le salon vous donne un siège au premier rang pour les vagues déferlantes et des dauphins ludiques. Ou jeter un oeil à travers la pièce à la sérénité de la baie.

Le côté enveloppant donne aux gens du matin une vue du lever du soleil incroyable sur la baie. A la fin de la journée, vous détendre dans le bain à remous et regarder les couchers de soleil sur l'océan. La dune-promenade privée vous emmène directement à la plage de sable de sucre où une journée de plaisir au soleil attend. Lorsque vous revenez, amusez-vous rincer sous la douche en plein air.

Cette chambre 4, 3 salles de bain a été entièrement rénové en 2013, offrant tous les derniers appareils, confort et style. Du moment où vous arrivez, vous respirerez dans la tranquillité de votre environnement décoré professionnellement. La cuisine offre toutes les commodités le chef aura besoin pour préparer un repas cuisiné à la maison. Profitez de votre repas autour de la table de ferme qui est assez grand pour accueillir toute votre famille et vos amis, tout en bénéficiant d'une vue sur l'océan. Après le dîner, détendez-vous dans la salle de séjour, avec 55 pouces TV à écran plat et lecteur Blu-Ray.

Great Location

We loved the location and the view was great. The porch was the gathering place for us with plenty of room and nice seating.

Only problem was that the water on the washer came out painfully slow. We hope we can come back next year.

Great house for young kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing weeklong stay at Goin' Coastal. Three children aged 1, 2 and 3 (cousins!) and six adults were very comfortable in the house. The beach is gorgeous and we saw dolphins, pelicans, and other amazing birds. We were blessed with perfect weather. Really enjoyed the Indian Pass Raw Bar! We will be back.

The property management team was very informative, excellent in answering all questions, easy to complete the contract, kept us up to date as the rental time came near, accommodating of our late arrival. Very friendly. We LOVED the location! So private and close to the ocean. Enjoyed all of the sea life and kayaking. We LOVED this house! Appreciated the open layout to enjoy time with the entire family. Loved the covered decks for plenty of space to get out of the hot afternoon sun. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of paper products and soaps in case you forget something. Helpful to have the large sized washer and dryer. Fell in love with the Cape, Port St. Joe, and Indian Pass. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely want to return. Enjoyed the nature trail in the Park and Coneheads and Dipping Dots!!!This island has everything you need for a laid-back, quite vacation!

What a view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we loved our stay at Going Coastal. The beds were comfy, the porch is lovely, and the beach was great. The living room furniture could use updating as fabric chairs were dirty looking. Practically everything needs a good clean. The floors and countertops were dirty(crumbs and sand), there was popcorn on/in the sofa and on the rug, there was a dirty sheet pan in the oven, and we washed or pulled up all the filthy throw rugs.

Loved Goin' Coastal!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love, love, loved this place! The house was amazing, right on the beach and was a perfect size for our family (5 adults, 2 teenagers). The staff at Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals was so easy to work with, however we never had an issue with the house so we didn't need to interact with them except for checking in which was a super easy process. The house was very nice and well maintained. We loved that we could have our dogs vacation with us. We took our kennel but there was already one there as well as numerous baby gates which was nice. Being right on the beach we saw some amazing sunsets. Our girls loved the two trading stores that were within bike rides of the house. We hope to go back next summer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 BED 3 BATH HOME WAS VERY NICE. PORCHES WERE GREAT DURING THE HEAT OF THE DAY. GOOD BREEZE AND SHADE. KITCHEN WELL STOCKED AND THE A/C KEPT US COOL. 4 ADULTS AND 5 TEENAGE KIDS ALL FIT WITH ROOM TO SPARE. WE DID NOT CHOOSE TO TAKE OUR PET THIS TIME BUT THIS IS A VERY CLEAN "PET FRIENDLY" HOME. HATE TO BRAG ON THIS ONE TOO MUCH...MIGHT MAKE IT HARDER TO FIND A VACANCY NEXT YEAR!!REALLY HAD NOTHING NEGATIVE TO ADD. WE HAD A LARGE TIME. LOOK FORWARD TO NEXT YEAR.

Great House but has plumbing issues!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and location was perfect. We had 5 guests staying in the house. The water pressure was extremely low and we continually ran out of hot water. We reached out to the management company who were quick to get a plumber out. The plumber told us that it was a serious problem with only 0.2 gallons of water per minute coming into the house. Nothing was resolved. No follow up calls or texts were made to us. I continued to text the company with our concerns but never heard anything back. Do your homework. The beaches are severely eroded. Several houses next to our house are either condemned or severely dilapidated and a complete eye sore. Again the house was beautiful and the immediate location was great as long as you didn’t take walks where you are constantly reminded of the erosion along the beach.

It was fine, not spectacular

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we realized the place had not been cleaned thoroughly. We found food and food wrappers around the house. When we got ready for bed, my mother pulled down her sheet to find potato chips in her bed, so we had to wash her sheets at 10:30 pm. The other beds had clean sheets thankfully. Other than that the stay went well, except there wasn’t much beach for my children to play on. At the beginning of the beach there was only about 5 feet of sand between the dune and the ocean. This widened as the weeke went on.

Girls Get a Way

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this beautiful house right on the beach. There were 9 ladies that went on a "Girls Trip" to celebrate a friends 50th birthday. It was the perfect location, right on the beach which is beautiful white sand. We enjoyed the view, the hot tub that could fit all of us and the relaxed atmosphere of this area. Everyone on the beach stopped to chat and was super friendly. The only fault we would give this house was that they need more dishtowels, we only had 2 for a week long stay and there was a lot of dog hair. It says it is "pet friendly" and the people before us must have had dogs because we swept up dog hair the entire trip which I understand is hard to clean up. This house is perfect for a large group or family with plenty of bathrooms and we also used the washer and dryer a ton during our 6 day stay. It is decorated very cute and relaxed. I would definitely rent this house again and use Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals.

You make renting quick, easy with a lot of Southern hospitality. You accommodated all of our requests and inquiries, promptly @ professionally. If we come back to the area then you will be our only call to find a home! Also, we rent often throughout the US and your check-out list was minimal which I greatly appreciated as it gave me more time to enjoy the beach and my family! Thank you!!

Amazing!

You will feel like you are on board of a cruise ship, the water and the waves are that close. My mother can't stand the sun, but was delighted to watch her grandkids play on the beach from the comfort of the porch. The house is so beautiful and works great for our 9-people combined family (2 seniors on the main floor, two teenage sons, a 7 yo daughter, and our bedroom all on the 2nd floor. The space underneath the house is so comfortable we played corn hole in comfortable shade, enjoying the ocean breeze. Great vacation!

Passive customer service for overly inflated rental prices

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This description is to address the customer service provided by the rental company in response to issues on site. Otherwise, the process to rent went well. If you have internet, TV, or phone issues, the rental company takes a very passive customer service approach. Do not expect rental company representatives/staff to follow through with promises to contact you or keep you in the loop. Service issues can not be handled quickly and compensation due to issues lasting more than 48-hours as per the rental company‘s information packet are difficult to address and receive quick responses on compensation. You as rentee need to invest time to run after and follow-up with company representatives and in some cases still have not received information after 10 days an issue is reported.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the house has the potential to be a fabulous location. Goin' Coastal is a little run down. With a little bit of TLC the place could get back to where it needs to be for the money.The problems we encountered: filthy windows, ice maker didn't work, hot tub was down for over 24 hours; then 8 jets didn't work, lite bulbs out, electrical outlets broken, bar stool broken, towels old and dingy, comforter old and dirty, blanket had to be washed before we could use it, carpet upstairs nasty, toilet handle broken, drawer in refrig broken.We LOVED this house but these things must be fixed before you charge these prices.

Going Coastal

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was repaired very nicely. Beautiful place with great beach. Very well equipped kitchen. Sure missed the hot tub from last time. Enough so to look for different location next time. Great time. Here are the only complaints from our group. Both master beds had low slump spots( time to replace maybe?). Black dog hair in door tracks and on pillows and beds. Again hot tub gone. Washer and dryer in an awkward location to get to. Very few negative remarks compared to the beautiful, fun house on a great beach. Great time and have and will continue to spread the good word about "Going Coastal". Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this place.
