We had the best time at Two Palms! The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The gates on the deck were a great perk since we had two small toddlers running around. Great house, great beach, definitely plan on coming back!

We had the best week at Two Palms Villa! The house location can't be beat! The estuary was right beside our beach access and made for an excellent place to catch blue crab and kayak with the kids. Peter and Lydia are the best hosts! They reached out before our visit to make sure we didn't have any questions. We had a lovely conversation and I felt like they genuinely wanted us to enjoy their wonderful home! Check in with Jim was great. He is a wealth of information as well and was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely return!

Great location. Lots of toys come with the house - paddle boards and kayaks. Life vests and beach chairs. Nice layout so no one felt cramped or on top of each other.

We had a wonderful time this past week. The house is great, spacious and great for families. The beach is out of this world almost like you're on your own private island. The property manager and the owners are very gracious and hands on and call you prior, while and after to Check in. The house itself was welcoming, clean and a beach vibe. It was the perfect vacation.

Thank You, Marilyn, for your feedback! There is a lot of Beach Erosion on Cape San Blas, and this area is very low density and the beach is actually getting larger. It is very wide and houses are not stacked on top of each other. This provides tons of room and privacy for you and your dog. Donna your private Red Neck Concierge is extremely helpful and will help you with anything. She has your back!

AMAZING

The house was perfect for all 7 of us including 3 children. The beach was so close and beautiful. Not crowded. And communication with the owners was so easy and they were always willing to help with anything we needed. We are looking forward to returning!

Great week spent with Family ages 18 thru 87. Everyone had a wonderful time. Got to see baby sharks, dolphins, stingrays and plenty of crabs. Weather was perfect, everything you need and this home has it and if not just ask the property manager. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!

Wonderful place

We had an amazing time with our family and pets. The house, manager and home owners are amazing! They suggested places to visit which we did. We enjoyed all of them. We will definitely be back to stay here!

The house and location were wonderful!!! it was better than expected. The house had everything you needed and more including beach chairs, games, charcoal and firewood for bonfires! The views from the porch were the best. The property manager Jim was a great assest that all beach houses should have! We will be back!

great place ...3rd year for us

this is the third year we have stayed at two palms ...best place on the coast ...our mastiff and occasionally our kids who may stop for a short visit love it ...can't do any better! The owners are very caring as is the overseer.

Excellent vacation

Loved this vacation home. It was clean when we got there, had plenty of “things” to do but also had the beach pretty much all to ourselves. We had a great time. The owners and property manager with very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We would love to visit again. Port St Joe is a nice little town free from the hustle of the “party” towns.

Thank you for the time and energy in submitting a review! One of the greatest features of Two Palms Villa, besides all the amenities ( Kayaks , Beach Chairs, Beach Canopy, Shuffle Board, Horseshoe Pit and 2 Barbecue Grills) is the huge deserted and wide beaches perfect for your dog and family. Out towards the State Park there is huge beach erosion where there is very little beach space and privacy. This is a very special Beach Area and some days you will not even see very many people. Lastly, we pride ourselves on taking very special care of our guests for a "one of a kind" relaxing, one of a kind beach vacation rental ! Come on down!!!! Fall is the perfect time. Great getaway ocean front property!

The property was clean and comfortable. Everything you will need is there. Hot tub was perfect. Being beach front was the best. Great location and a great property. I honestly can not think of anything negative about this rental. Peter the owner is great!

Top notch hospitality!! My family vacationed here with multiple kids as well as elderly and I can’t say enough about how accommodating this rental property is for all ages! Anything we needing during our stay or questions we had, they were quick to respond and accommodated us in every way! Great vacation spot…definitely a gem!

Our family felt right at home the moment we walked in. The house was well equipped with everything you need to have the best beach vacation! The deck space can’t be beat. A huge shout out to the Burns for making sure our family vacation was a 10!

Summer Vacation

First visit to the Port St Joe / Indian Pass area. The home owners went above and beyond in providing us with information about the area and even checked in on us during the week to make sure everything was going well. It is a beautiful home with great beach access.

We hope ya'll come back and stay with us soon. We take really good care of our guests and our private manager/concierge Jim is outstanding and provides Four Seasons service! We can't promise that there not be any problems or issues.....but we do promise to immediately provide solutions!!!! The beautiful beach is a real treat and unlike many other areas around the Cape San Blas our beach does not have any beach erosion. There are some areas where there is less than 20 feet of beach! Our beach is more than a football field size. Wide open and beautiful!!!!! We have Kayaks, SUP Boards, Horse Shoe Pit, Beach Chairs and Beach Canopy, Beach Towels and 2 B-Bcue Grills, gas and Weber. Family vacation

We had a great time! Wonderful beach. Great food. Location of house was perfect. The house was nice. The only downside was that the paddle boards were unusable. One kayak was missing a plug. Having a maintenance person on call was wonderful!

Twin Palms was as described it comfortably suited our family of 9 and 2 pets. The view from the beach house is amazing and able to enjoy being right on the beach!

Nice Getaway

We loved the layout of the house, the view, the short walk to the beach, the hot tub, etc. It's very secluded, but the people we did meet were all friendly and fun. The owner and manager are very determined to make sure you have everything you need during your stay and will check on you while you're there. We had a wonderful time and would return!

Thank You Shelby for your kind words and staying with us. We hope ya’ll had a great time and come visit us again. If you want to come back next summer the 2023 season is filling up quickly. I want to clarify your statement: “short walk to the beach” that Two Palms Villa is a GULF FRONT HOME and is RIGHT on the Beach! The views of the Gulf are magnificent and there is no Beach erosion. The area is very LOW DENSITY and the beach is very wide and NEVER crowded. There are not layers of houses built on top of each other. There is the beach, a house, the road C-30-A and a nature preserve. Not at all like many areas out on the Cape. There is a boardwalk down to beach and water that is a few hundred feet. Lastly, we like to think of ourselves as “Dream Merchants” and take very, very good care of our guests and their needs , as well as their “Dreams”. Hope we succeeded in making sure your visit to Two Palms Villa was special Regards-Peter, Lydia and Jim.
