Notre rénové, deuxième étage 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain villa est situé au centre de Kiawah East Beach. Il est à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la magnifique plage de 10 miles ou du Sanctuary Hotel and Spa cinq étoiles. Notre villa comprend un plan d'étage ouvert, le WiFi et toutes les commodités nécessaires pour une expérience de première classe. Le salon a été redécoré avec tous les nouveaux meubles, une grande télévision à écran plat de 54 pouces et de nouveaux planchers de bois franc! La chambre dispose de tous les nouveaux meubles, y compris un lit king size et une télévision à écran plat de 34 pouces. La salle de bain dispose d'une grande douche spacieuse et d'une simple vasque.

Family trip to Kiawah

We had a wonderful stay in the Windswept Villa! It was clean and welcoming upon our arrival and had a beautiful view of the beach from the family room and master bedroom! We enjoyed curling up in the window nook in the family room! The decor was so well done and we loved the artwork in each room. The kitchen was very well organized and all of the equipment was in great condition. We felt right at home and had a lovely stay! Thank you!

Great family time

This villa was perfect for a relaxing week for our family of four. It was a very welcoming home that had everything we needed and more! We also loved the location. We biked everywhere and didn't use our car all week long. There are so many great outdoor activities on Kiawah that are easy to access from this location. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Kiawah!

Wonderful get-a-way

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this impeccably clean and well appointed villa. The oversize deck was perfect for relaxing while taking in the view of the beautiful beach. Beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable. Also loved having Keurig so my husband and I could separately brew our favorites. Overall great experience!

Absolutely amazing!

This villa on Kiawah Island is perfect! Everything about our stay from the cleanliness, the beauty of the island, and the communication with the host was top notch. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO rentals, and this one was one of the best. We will be back!

Friends’ respite

Have stayed at many places in Kiawah and elsewhere and this condo was lovely. Hosts include special touches to furnishings and art and details. The deck is a great place to chill after a long walk on the beach and read for hours. Perfect space for our Kiawah stay.

Perfect for a last minute getaway

Wonderful getaway

The property was updated, very clean and well stocked in terms of kitchen amenities. Appliances were fairly new and upscale. Really enjoyed the patio with its view of the ocean. We would high recommend this place. ery nice stay. We would highly recommend this

Stunning !

Absolutely gorgeous property - beautifully decorated, so clean, and access to the ocean is fantastic! The beach is just steps away - private beach that goes on forever! The deck is large & so lively to have coffee on in the morning while watching the waves! The resort atmosphere is wonderful with trails and a lovely store so close! Close to many sites and we also enjoyed access to the Sanctuary for a drink overlooking the ocean! We travel frequently & feel this so one of the best places we’ve ever been! Love to come back!

Favorite place at Kiawah!

We have stayed at multiple places in Kiawah and this has definitely been our favorite! Beautiful and clean condo with comfortable furnishings. Easy access to the beach and good communication with the owner! We look forward to coming back!

Family Getaway

My Wife, Son and I were lucky enough to be able to stay here for a week beginning May 11th. The property was even better than advertised - immaculately clean, comfortable, close to the beach, and easily accessible! The deck overlooking the Ocean was obviously a favorite place to hang out over coffee in the morning, or a drink after (and before) dinner. What a great place to unwind, to enjoy nature all around, to watch deer graze near the path to the beach, etc. Courtenay, the Owner, was very kind and responsive to a few inquiries we had. We cant say enough about the beauty of the place and its setting, and its equally great Owners. We didnt want to leave, and look forward to coming back whenver we can!

Kiawah Trip

We have been visiting Kiawah for about 28 years and this is the most lovely villa that we have ever rented. The ocean views are amazing! The decor is beautiful and the unit is well stocked with necessary items. We will definitely request this unit again for our trip in September.

Family trip

We had an amazing time staying at this villa. Courtenay was terrific- she answered any questions I had prior to the trip and had plenty of information and recommendations waiting in a book when we got there, along with a cute welcome package. The villa was clean and stocked with everything we needed, even things I wouldn’t have thought of such as stain remover in the laundry room! My two daughters ages 6 and 3 loved sharing the room with the twin beds, and we all loved using the big porch. The window seat was my favorite spot to read and relax with a view of the ocean. The villa was very conveniently located - a short walk to the beach, close to the market and playground, and near the Sanctuary hotel. Thanks for making this a great trip for us- we will definitely be back!

You cannot go wrong with the location! The deck overlooking the ocean is more than triple the size of most other Windswept units. Also, part of the deck is protected if you want to sit outside and not be in the sun or if you are like me, enjoy sitting outside during a rain and not getting wet!
