L'appartement est un spacieux appartement de deux chambres de 65 mĂštres carrĂ©s avec une salle de bains et une salle d'eau sĂ©parĂ©es, un salon sĂ©parĂ© et une cuisine sĂ©parĂ©e sur une rue piĂ©tonne historique (mais calme), Ă  ​​Covent Garden. Le centre absolu de Théùtre Terrain de Londres. Il ya une belle, confortable appartement meublĂ© dans une atmosphĂšre accueillante, style traditionnel. Il a rĂ©cemment Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© afin luminaires, meubles et accessoires sont tous de haute qualitĂ© et rĂ©cemment installĂ©.
La chambre principale a un lit super king size (double 180 x 210cm). La 2Úme chambre a un lit double standard (135 x 210 cm / double) avec un matelas à mémoire de forme Tempur. Grand salon avec salle à manger. EntiÚrement équipé grande cuisine. Cet appartement est à peu prÚs entiÚrement équipé et l'emplacement!
L'appartement est situé au troisiÚme (quatriÚme en anglais américain) d'un immeuble de 1985 en briques de haute qualité et au design attrayant.
Il y a un ascenseur et vous entrez dans le couloir avec un dressing pour ranger vos valises, etc. À l’extĂ©rieur du couloir se trouve une grande salle Ă  manger et salon avec parquet et tapis oriental. Une table Ă  manger formelle peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  six personnes.
Il y a deux canapés et une télévision à écran plat et Internet Wifi, radio numérique, centre de musique Sony.
La cuisine est grande et a tous les appareils normaux i. e. micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sĂšche-linge.
Il y a des radiateurs à commande individuelle dans les 2 chambres et dans le salon (réception), le couloir et la salle de bain. L'appartement est bien isolé (avec double vitrage).
Il y a une salle de bain complĂšte comprenant douche, baignoire, lavabo, commode, bidet, et la deuxiĂšme salle de bain a un lavabo et commode.
La cuisine est grande et constitue une piÚce séparée avec tous les appareils électriques, y compris un réfrigérateur, un congélateur, une table de cuisson, un four, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge et un sÚche-linge séparé dans un placard. Plus une cafetiÚre à filtre, une machine à café Nespresso et aero pour réchauffer le lait, une bouilloire et un grille-pain. Il y a de la porcelaine, de la verrerie, de la vaisselle, des chaudrons et un service à thé; théiÚre avec sucrier et tasses assorties.
L'emplacement est exceptionnel dans le centre mĂȘme du quartier des théùtres de Londres.
De nombreux trésors de Londres se trouvent à quelques minutes à pied:
1 pĂątĂ© de maisons du spectaculaire nouvel opĂ©ra royal (prenez la visite des coulisses) NB: La Royal Ballet School est dans la mĂȘme rue que l'appartement.
7 minutes du British Museum (voir la salle de lecture récemment restaurée)
2 à 10 minutes de la plupart des théùtres du West End, à 10 minutes de la magnifique galerie nationale, de la galerie nationale des portraits (agrandie récemment) et du Courtauld; 15 minutes en traversant le pont de Waterloo aprÚs la vue sur The Eye (grande roue) jusqu'au South Bank Centre avec le théùtre national (3 scÚnes), le Royal Festival Hall (3 salles), Old Vic et Young Vic.
Floral Street n’est plus l’épicentre du marchĂ© aux fleurs de Londres. Au lieu de cela, il a Ă©tĂ© transformĂ© en un oasis rĂ©servĂ© aux piĂ©tons (Ă  l'exception de votre taxi), Ă  la mode dĂ©contractĂ©e et ultra-branchĂ©e. L'appartement est Ă  quelques mĂštres de la place centrale de Covent Garden et de son opĂ©ra, de son ballet, de ses musiciens et de ses designers. La rue Floral elle-mĂȘme abrite Paul Smith et d’autres boutiques de crĂ©ateurs, TK Max, un cafĂ©-cafĂ© expresso et l’une des plus anciennes librairies londoniennes Travel, Stamfords.
Être au centre du centre-ville de Londres "théùtral" signifie bien sĂ»r que les liaisons de transport sont superbes et que la gamme de magasins est ahurissante.
Il ya 5 stations de métro, toutes les lignes sont à 5-15 minutes à pied, de nombreuses lignes de bus et bien sûr les célÚbres taxis Black Cab.
Covent Garden (Piccadilly à l'aéroport d'Heathrow et la ligne centrale) et Leicester Square Underground ("tube") sont tous deux situés au coin de la rue (à une demi-distance), à 5 minutes à 10 minutes de Holborn. Aussi Embankment et Charing Cross (lignes Bakerloo & Northern) avec plusieurs lignes de métro. De plus, à Charing Cross, trains vers de nombreuses régions de la Grande-Bretagne.
Les quelques personnes choisies qui sont capables de se payer un logement privé dans Floral Street comprennent conducteurs de renommée mondiale, musiciens, danseurs et impresarios gens pour qui l'emplacement et le "buzz" sont essentiels. Nous espérons que vous vous sentirez aussi un peu "spécial" dans cet endroit trÚs spécial.

The perfect way to visit London

Spectacular, start to finish—Linda met us and gave us a thorough overview of the property. The location is absolutely amazing, easy walk or public transport to anywhere. The entire flat is exceptionally comfortable, perfect to relax after a long day out and about.

Wonderful Flat!

Great apartment in the heart of Covent Garden. Best location near shops, restaurants and around the corner from tube. Perfect for a family of four. Ann and Linda were exceptional throughout the entire process and very accommodating. I would stay again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend to anyone looking for a larger flat in a great location.

Perfect location

The flat is just as pictured and very comfortable. It is well maintained and has all the conveniences one could want. Bed was comfortable. The location is perfect with literally dozens of restaurants, pubs, shopping, within a few minutes.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in the Heart of Covent Garden!

There’s a reason this place has so many glowing reviews — it truly lives up to the hype! As women travelers from the US, we felt completely safe and comfortable here. The entrance has two secure doors, and the apartment feels tucked away and peaceful, even though it’s right in the middle of vibrant Covent Garden.The location is unbeatable — charming cobblestone streets, endless restaurants, and amazing food options all around. We especially loved having Chestnut Bakery downstairs for our morning coffee runs, and TK Maxx right across the street came in handy for essentials.Linda and Ann couldn’t have been more helpful. Their communication was top-notch, and check-in and check-out were effortless. They’re truly precious people who care about your experience.We visited in April and were perfectly comfortable without air conditioning — there were plenty of fans, and the space stayed cool. The rooms were big, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home.If you're planning a trip to see all the iconic sights of London, this is hands down the place to stay. You won’t regret it — we’re already dreaming of coming back!

Brilliant accommodation

Outstanding faultless apartment on a pedestrian street astonishingly close to great London cultural icons, with the Royal Opera House down the road. Excellent beds and facilities. Quiet at night. Great customer service and communications with timely and informative meet and greet. Would love to go back!

Thank you so much for having us!!! Apartment was clean with everything we needed. Linda, thank you for your hospitality and explanations. In 4 days we were able to see majority of historical cites, museums and even ABBA :) all thx to perfect location. Chestnut Bakery downstairs made it sweeter (won best croissants in London in 2023). Wonderful!

Our family of two adults and two teenagers spent five days at this wonderful apartment in the Covent Garden neighborhood of London, and we could not have asked for a better experience! Linda and Ann were both very responsive to our questions by text, and they sent wonderful detailed instructions about the apartment and the neighborhood ahead of time. Linda also met us at the apartment when we arrived to show us how to use everything and to answer any further questions. The apartment is so well stocked with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, extra inflatable bed, multiple tea and coffee maker options, and numerous other much appreciated items! The bakery and cafe just a few steps from the front door was perfect for breakfast! There are numerous restaurants nearby in every direction. The neighborhood is beautiful and the street is quiet, despite being so close to the theater district and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do during our time in London. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location or a more inviting and cozy home base in the city! We hope to return again someday.

We enjoyed our stay in this flat! The location was perfect! Very short walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and Covent Gardens tube station. Linda greeted us in person at check-in and called prior to check out. She was very cheerful and shared informative details relating to the flat. She was also very helpful when we asked for tube information and advice. Great experience! We would stay in this flat again.

We were exceptionally happy and satisfied with our stay in Ann's apartment. Ann and Linda were very welcoming and easily adjusted to our needs. Strategically located, the apartment is conveniently 2 minutes away from the Picadilly line and is very quiet despite being at the heart of Covent Garden. The apartment is very clean and well equipped for our 6 day stay. I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Love, love, love. Thanks, Ann!

Wonderful location & fantastic apartment

Great location just steps away from Covent Garden tube stop and The Apple Market. Fantastic shopping & dining, though it can be really crowded with tourists. Morning and evenings are quiet. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Clean. Great washer & dryer that we needed very much by this point in a long trip! Working with Ann and Linda the whole process was super easy. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in London!

Fantastic place! Great location! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. All four of us had plenty of room to spread out. The building was quiet and safe. The management team was very accommodating. They met us at the apartment when we arrived, and gave us a quick tour. All of the communication prior to our arrival was very thorough. Location! Location! Location!

Ann's apartment is on Floral Street in Covent Garden. It is close to all the eateries, bars and the tube station is a 3 minute walk. It is walking distance to Soho. We stayed there for 7 days. The checkin process was extremely easy. The apartment is kept very clean. It has very comfortable beds. Everything that was mentioned in the description, was there. Ann was always available to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ann's apartment.

Perfect Flat when exploring London

This is a great 2 bedroom flat in a prime location- Covent Garden. It was close to many attractions and restaurants which one could either walk to or take a short tube ride to get to their destination. The flat was clean, well kept, and you could tell Ann and Linda take pride in the rental. The communication was great, they answered any questions we had before arriving. We are a family of 4 and everyone felt like they had their own space and enough room to feel comfortable. The flat was well stocked with anything we could need and we always felt safe walking around the area both day and night. Thank you for having such a great place that we could rent for 4 nights. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Wonderful location and apartment for London stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is as described. David met us at the apartment, and we were able to get in ahead of the check in time. He gave us a great orientation to the apartment, answered all of our questions, and pointed us to area pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. It was also very easy to communicate with Ann and Linda also. The tube station is literally down the street, and it's very convenient to use it to get to and from Heathrow and around town in general. Covent Garden is such great location. It's very easy to walk to many places from there. Lots of restaurants and stores are within a few minutes' walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment, great location

Very nice apartment tucked away on a pretty pedestrian-only street in center of Covent Garden. Great area for walking to shops, restaurants and easy access to 2 tube stations. Apartment was clean with well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Decent shower with plenty of hot water. We had some travel problems which meant check in was a bit more complicated than the planned in-person meet-and-greet, but it worked within any problems. Ann and her staff were very communicative and went above and beyond expectations to accommodate our needs. Our stay was out of peak visitor season (the best time to visit London) and it was good value for 2 couples. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend to others and stay there again.

Simply The BEST!

My husband 2 children and I stayed for a week and loved it! The flat is perfectly located close to everything a tourist wants to do and without the constant nighttime noise of a big city! Such a hidden gem! The king bed is a real king! And comfortable. The second bedroom bed was so comfortable too! Nothing beats the communication from Linda and Ann! They were fabulous and to have a person actually greet us upon arrival was spectacular. Linda went through everything with us, detailed. Small amenities- like paper towels and toilet paper- were provided! The welcome book has everything you would ever need in it. Also, be sure to checkout the cafe Chestnut that is just about 25 years from the front door! They are fabulous folks and so kind with delicious food!!! This was our first trip to London and when we return we will stay here again! The service was Ritz Carlton level with a comfy flat stay! It truly made our vacation!

Awesome Experience!

The management, the place, the neighborhood = perfect. Lovely vibe in the area. So quaint and cute. Bakeries, markets, restaurants and pubs everywhere all walking distance. The flat was right near two easy train stops. Close to lots of tourist things to do as well as non touristy things to do. There was literally endless things to do without even taking the train. The owner and her colleague were so nice and welcoming and patient with all my questions. She helped us with getting to and from the airport and all kinds of random questions along the way. She not only helped us with every little thing, but she WANTED and ENJOYED helping us with everything. The flat was clean and comfortable. The washer and drier was useful so we could pack less. They let us drop off our bags and brush our teeth before official check in. This place was awesome and we would totally stay here again next time in London!

London/Covent Garden

17a Floral street is a top shelf apartment in the middle of Covent Garden. Close to three easily walkable tube stations. Quiet at night despite being so central because no traffic is allowed on the street after early morning delivery trucks make drop offs. Security is excellent. Kitchen very well stocked. Got early access since arrived at noon which was kind of owner. Not inexpensive but so well located you save on transportation costs since you can walk to so many locations. Washer/Dryer work as do all other amenities listed. Large space which is really great. So glad we stayed there versus a Mayfair area hotel because we got so much more efficient use of our time staying right in the middle of the middle of Covent Garden. West end theaters almost all within walking distance as well as Top Secret comedy club and lots lots more. This place may be the best rentable flat in Covent Garden..it’s expensive but not ridiculously so..most importantly it is good value for your money in my opinion. Hosts were VERY responsive and easy to communicate with by text. Voice calls too if needed I’m sure but I did not need that. Highly recommend!

Fabulous stay, well worth it

Booking process and everything leading up to check in: Ann was in communication soon after booking confirmation as to what to know and expect and only reached out when necessary thereafter (all about making our stay more enjoyable). We were also allowed to check in earlier, which was very helpful. Once announced, Ann also let us know about the scheduled worker strikes in the UK that were scheduled on our departure date, giving us plenty of time to make alternate transport arrangements. Check in day: We met with her associate at the scheduled time, and she was ready for us. Everything was explained in full detail and we were never rushed. Very simple, very easy. Property: It has everything you need for your stay. Beds are very comfortable. Large living/dining area and the kitchen was big and had everything you needed for a big home cooked meal. Property is a few floors up, there is an elevator which worked reliably. Building is well kept and very clean. 2 locked doors to get into the building, seems very safe. Pictures accurately reflect everything. Location: If you want to be right where everything is in London, with most in a short walking distance, this is your place. Leicester Square and Covent Garden tube stations are both less than a five minute walk away. Top notch stores, restaurants and awesome pubs surround you- so much to see and do right outside your door- which is a beautiful pedestrian street filled with many high end shops. I have nothing bad to say about this stay at all. If this is how Ann runs and treats any of her properties that she offers, I would stay at any of them without hesitation.

Ann is a londoner born and bred. After several years living in France she came to the conclusion that there was no point in living out of the center of London since when she 'came to town' she simply didn't have the time or the energy to spend time either in the car or on public transport.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Floral Street (as its name suggests) was the main street in the old Covent Garden flower market. It is about as central as you can get if you want to be in the London of theaters. museums, art galleries, music and restaurants. As well as its superb location the apt is in a well looked after building with an elevator. Floral Street is pedestrian/taxi only.

The benefits of being here are simply too numerous to list - suffice it to say that if your interests are in any way cultural or gastronomic you are where you need to be if you are visiting London! You are within a short walk of (amongst hundreds of other things) The Royal Opera, The British Museum,The National Gallery,Royal Festival Hall, National Theatre, Colosseum Theatre, Tin-Pan Alley, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Sqaure, House of Parliament, Big Ben, St Paul's Cathedral, Oxford Street with the famous Selfridges department store and all the other british shops and so much more.......
Being at the centre of the centre of ‘Theatrical London’ means of course that transport links are superb and the range of shopping is mind-boggling.
There are 5 underground stations, all lines are within 5-15 minutes walk, many bus routes & of course the famous Black Cab taxis.
The Covent Garden (Piccadilly to Heathrow airport line) & Leicester Square Underground ("tube") are both around the corner (half a black away) & 10 minutes to Holborn(Central & Piccadilly lines). Also Embankment (circle and district lines) and Charing Cross (Bakerloo & Northern lines). Plus at Charing Cross trains to many parts of Great Britain.
