Situé à la limite de la vallée de Noe, très familiale, et du quartier branché et jeune de Mission à San Francisco, ce San Francisco victorien est une location idéale pour une famille voyageur d'affaires visitant nos belles rives! Marche pour les meilleurs restaurants et bars de la ville; pâtés de maisons de MUNI et BART avec un accès rapide aux autoroutes 101, 280 et 80.

Une maison victorienne de deux étages de 1800 pieds carrés avec trois chambres et deux salles de bains.

Cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon avec le travail du bois brûlant cheminée et 11 'de hauts plafonds de 9' de hautes fenêtres à guillotine. Paisible jardin avec piscine reflétant, table et chaises et un bain à remous en contrebas.

La chambre principale a 10 'haut plafond et dispose d'une salle de bain et un salon avec un lit queen size. Salle de bain principale a une vanité, WC, armoire à linge, et grande douche.

La deuxième chambre donne sur le jardin avec les sons apaisants du jardin reflétant la piscine à l'extérieur des fenêtres; la deuxième chambre a un lit complet. La deuxième salle de bain a une baignoire profonde, une douche, une coiffeuse, des toilettes et une armoire à linge. La troisième chambre donne également sur le jardin et dispose d'un lit jumeau.

La cuisine dispose d'un 3 'de large réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière à gaz 4 feux avec démarrage électrique four à convection. Le plan ouvert salon, salle à manger et cuisine agencement permet facile divertissant avec une île et long bar de la cuisine de huit pieds.

Meublé avec un décor moderne, la maison est lumineuse, ouverte et aérée. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est inclus: draps, serviettes, laveuse et sécheuse, articles de ménage et tous les ustensiles de cuisine, ustensiles de cuisine, et salle à manger ware.

Le salon comporte un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 37 "1080p. Télévision par câble, TIVO, ROKU (netflix, prime amazon), bleu - ray lecteur DVD tous connectés à un Yamaha a v Récepteur / et Polk système de haut-parleur. Stereo dispose d'une connexion USB pour i-phone, i-pad, et i-pod. Large bande WI-FI accessible partout dans la maison et dans le jardin.

Fantastic!

This house is everything! From the location, to the architecture! Wow! I felt lucky and honored to be in one of these iconic houses on the best neighborhood in SF! Take a walk to Whole Foods, get yourself dinner and cook in the best kitchen! Dolores park is great in a sunny day, worth the walk! Thank you Kamala and your family for sharing your lovely home with you! We will be back and hopefully lucky enough to stay at your place again!

Just gorgeous with artistic details throughout. It reminded me of a European townhome.

Kamala welcomed us with a hand written note and a bottle of wine! She was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The home was bright and airy with a balance of original details and modern additions. I used instacart for groceries and enjoyed cooking in the ample kitchen while the kids played with legos. The backyard was relaxing with a well cared for garden and hot tub. We felt very at home here and enjoyed our stay! *If we stay again I will use a rent car rather than bus. The use of a garage is a rare find in this city!

Great family home - stay July 2018

Not sure what the last review was all about. Nice house, all amenities as you would expect. Kids loved the hot tub, it worked fine. Muni is a short walk away and it takes 40 mins to get down town. Nice restaurants nearby as well. It’s on a main road but no noise, so you get a good nights sleep. Garage took our car, a Ford Expedition so no issues with parking. Safeway Supermarket short walk away. We are a family of 5 and we’re very happy with our stay, we would Recommend this house.

Dirty and not all appliances are working properly

This property looks much better on paper than in reality. The pictures used on the site are clearly from when the Reno was first done. Now everything is just dirty. The front door blows open if not deadbolted. It has a crack running through it that lets dust and air in. The landing is dirty and could use a good cleaning job. Bad 1st impression. The stove top was dirty, the oven was filthy. Not sure when it was cleaned last. The oven door didn't work properly. All their condiments where in the fridge, sorry but I'm not using them. The light in the fridge didn't work and we got a couple of shelfs in the fridge. The towels were ripped and musky smelling. The cushions on the chairs in the backyard were filthy dirty as where all the chairs. The 1 night we actually used the hot tub it stopped working within 5 minutes. There's only 1 TV in the entire house and you have literally 5 remotes to use. We were asked to take out the garbage & recyclables to the curb. We forgot. We are on vacation and that was not on our minds at all. This was a very disappointing experience. The location was great and I'm sure it looked great when it was first renovated, but now it just looks used, tired and dirty. Our friends who never used VRBO before where not impressed.

Nice and quiet location but close enough to everything

Nicely appointed house in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough for a quick walk to shops, coffee, markets and food. House has lots of amenities that made it feel like home and a much better experience than a hotel.

Wonderful stay

Overall the stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and was in a location that was easily accessible to everything we wanted to see. There were restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The owners were very accommodating and responded to all our questions quickly.

Feels like Home

Kamala's home was lovely and very comfortable to stay at. She made sure you felt right at home. She was quick to communicate any questions or concerns. Her home was very clean and stocked with all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. We met a few of the neighbors that were very helpful with directions and navigating the area. The pictures of what you see are exactly what you will get, clean, comfortable and stylish. My kids liked the playroom too! I would recommend her home. Thank you for a lovely stay. Jill L.

Beautiful San Francisco home

My family and I had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful San Francisco home during our 2016 summer vacation. The home was clean, charming and open. We loved the large windows facing the side yard and hot tub. The backyard was a peaceful timeout with the water feature, rocking chair and trees/plants. We had everything we needed and wanted. Staying in Noe Valley worked out perfectly. There was a Safeway, restaurants and the Bart within walking distance. We had rented a car as well so we made use of the garage and did not find the famous sites (Golden Gate Park, Fishermans Wharf, Chinatown, etc) to be a hassle to get to (the city parking is another story...) My 10 year old daughter loved the bunk beds and the play room was an extra bonus! This house has a good vibe! We highly recommend!

Lovely central location for San Francisco!

This felt like we were at home. We immediately got into our normal routines for breakfast and when the kids had to wait for us, they had games to play. Short walks to great food and superb ice cream. Garage for our rental car so we could do everything we wanted in an easy day! The owner was easy to work with and it just felt like we borrowed a friends lovely home. Thanks Kamala!

Great house. Great location

We live nearby but chose to rent this house for a weekend in the city. The house was exactly as depicted on the web. We quickly adapted to being in someone's home (vs a house in a rental program), but that was a little different. The owner obviously made huge efforts to move many personal items out and make space for us. They also had clear signage for how to operate electronics, the garage, etc. The owner was very accommodating with timelines and responsiveness. I recommend the house.

Lovely and close to great food!

It was our first VBRO experience. Being Hotel people it took a little getting used to. However, the finishes were all high end and in no time at all we felt right at home. So nice after a full day of sightseeing to come home to our own garage, our own space and a home big enough for all of us to find our own space to be. I enjoyed sitting outside to read. The Boys each found a happy spot of their own. My 17 year old could watch ESPN and my 14 year old could draw in the play room. The Showers are AWESOME! And our host was quick with recommendations about everything from dinner to a photographer. Right up the street is Mitchels ice cream and... OMG! Renting here is totally worth having that near by. Of course its city living so spaces are a little smaller depending on where you come from. Beds are comfy. And the effort made to give us room to unpack was impressive. Clean, very well maintained and totally easy to recommend to a friend or relative.

Quiet home away from home

This was our first stay in SF and we loved this house. It is nicely furnished and decorated while still fine and practical with children (and it is 100% children approved - our 3 kids of 4, 8 and 10 year old loved the playroom and the amazing Lego collection). communication with Kamala was fluid, clear, nice and easy. We took public transport to go downtown and our car to visit more remote sites - it was great to have a garage (it is a bit narrow but manageable with a normal car). We really liked the location of the house, not far from key touristic places and in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved being close to Mission and great restaurants! I would wholeheartedly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Modern Charm in the City

I cannot say enough about our stay in this charming and spacious 3 bedroom home in San Fran. It was extremely unique in character and was plenty of room for my husband and I plus our 8 year old son. The house was modern, clean, gorgeous in every detail, yet still so homey and warm. We got around easily on the Muni and using Uber- so close to everything we wanted to see and do. Our hosts were so gracious-even the neighbors were friendly too. I'd highly recommend this home to all my friends and family too!

Excellent Family Home In San Francisco

We rented this house to attend a family wedding in San Francisco. It was me, my wife, my daughter, her husband and two small children. The house was perfect for us. It had a great kids room with plenty of toys for the grandchildren. The entire house is very well appointed with a beautiful garden and jacuzzi. It even had a garage for our car. We would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.

We are a family of four. Gary and I moved here in the mid 90's. Husband is from everywhere: Nebraska, Minnesota, Florida and Texas. College in Massachusetts, career in NYC, landing in California in 1995. I grew up on Long island, New York and Virginia, college in Virginia, career in Washington D.C.., landing in California in 1995. Children born and raised in San Francisco! We have an awesome Aussie-doodle as well!

This is a lovely property for a visitor who would prefer to enjoy the comforts of home in a wonderful location as they visit the extraordinary city of San Francisco and surrounding Bay Area. Noe Valley is walking distance to MUNI & BART and the lovely neighborhoods of Glen Park, Bernal Heights, and the Mission allowing for easy access to many restaurants, museums, and parks.
