The Cosy Prien Apartment offers 49 m² of fully equipped accommodation in a central location near Lake Chiemsee. The brand new apartment has a modern kitchen, a stylish bathroom and plenty of storage space - ideal for longer stays. The large room combines sleeping, living and dining areas and offers a sofa bed for additional space. You can enjoy the surroundings from the balcony with seating area. Perfect for travelers looking for comfort and relaxation. Welcome!

Ideal occupancy: 2+1
= 2 adults + 1 older child or teenager. 3 adults can of course also fit comfortably.
Not suitable for small children because there is no changing table etc.

Special feature: Fully automatic access system to your apartment on the 1st floor. Very simple - no app installation is necessary for access. A free parking space is available for you.

The apartment is on the first floor of a larger residential building. You reach the apartment via a spacious staircase. You have the 49 m² apartment all to yourself and undisturbed.
