The flat is situated in an idyllic, secluded location in the Eder Valley with views of Friedrichstein Castle and across the expanse of the district. The holiday flat is detached on a large rural property with a separate entrance.

The ground-floor holiday flat was completely renovated in 2020, lovingly furnished and offers space for up to 4 people in a spacious bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It also includes a large dining and living area with an open-plan kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi access and a smart bathroom.
For the cold winter months, the fireplace can provide cosiness and pleasant warmth.
The large, secluded garden invites you to relax on the small outdoor seating area.

All rooms are at ground level and offer views of nature and the Eder valley, meadows, fields and paddocks.

The car parking space is located at the house. Smoking is only permitted outside the flat. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. Spacious, large outdoor runs with dog kennels are available for your four-legged friends.

Hunting and fishing possible by arrangement. Bicycles are partly available.
