The Space
Step inside and make yourself at home in bright, comfortable living spaces designed for relaxing and spending time together.
The highlight of the home is the spacious primary suite, featuring a beautiful private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and plenty of room to relax at the end of the day.
The home also features a dedicated bonus room with a desk, giving you a quiet space for remote work, studying, or simply unwinding. Complimentary high-speed WiFi makes working from home easy, while the formal dining room provides a wonderful place to gather for meals and special moments together.
A full laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your convenience—especially helpful for families, beach trips, and longer stays.

One of our favorite features of the home is the outdoor space!
Step onto the back deck or enjoy the expansive 700-square-foot patio and spacious backyard, perfect for morning coffee, family time, or a relaxing evening outdoors.
Feeling competitive? There’s also a basketball goal in the backyard for both kids and adults to enjoy.
For cookouts, we provide both large and small charcoal BBQ grills.

Pet Friendly
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs! Please include your pet in your reservation or let us know when booking so we can prepare the home accordingly.
Nearby Ogden Park is a great option for walks and outdoor time with your pup.
When walking dogs within the neighborhood, please be considerate of our neighbors and avoid allowing pets to relieve themselves near mailboxes or directly in front of neighboring homes. Please always clean up after your pet.
We also kindly ask that dogs not use the backyard as their primary potty area, helping us keep the outdoor space clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Parking
The driveway comfortably accommodates two large vehicles, and additional free street parking is available. Please be careful not to block neighbors’ mailboxes so mail delivery remains accessible.
Additional free parking is also available at the end of the block.

A Few House Notes
We want you to relax and feel completely at home while also helping us take care of this special property and neighborhood.
We kindly ask guests to remove shoes before going upstairs and treat the home with the same care and respect they would their own.
Trash collection is early Thursday morning. If your stay includes Wednesday night and the bin needs to be emptied, we greatly appreciate your help placing it at the curb Wednesday evening or early Thursday morning.
