Location was excellent. The house has a spectacular view of the bridge. Loved walking into town for a coffee in the morning. The patio was lovely in the evening with a view of the bridge. My kids appreciated the flat lower parking area to roller blade on.

Great space for multiple couples to hang out and garage space big enough to fit two motorcycles to keep them out of the rain! Awesome location for exploring downtown on foot and exploring Copper Harbor by motorcycle.

Great location. Garage was very nice for the winter season to be able to pull in and not have to scrape off all snow. Be aware that is on the small side and would be tight for a truck or large SUV. Inside was clean and had everything we needed.

Taylor and Lily were welcoming and the accommodations were comfortable and convenient to downtown and MTU. The garage was greatly appreciated and the view of Houghton at night was beautiful! We'd definitely stay again.

I gave overall 5 stars because this is a great rental in a great location. However, I have spent time in other vrbos in the area and found this to be a little lacking in terms of the listing and the comfort level. The listing indicated it has two bathrooms, but in actuality it has 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. I know there was a recent ownership change, so maybe the listing is incorrect because of that somehow. Also, the listing does not show the bed arrangement (size of beds, how many etc.) in each bedroom. That would have been nice to know but not a dealbreaker. Finally, I have some recommendations about the furniture. The rental can sleep 6 people, but the dining room only has seating for 4, and the living room only has seating for 5. Currently, the dining room has a high-top table and 4 high-top chairs. It would be easy to replace the table with one that seats 6, and I would also recommend getting a regular table-height table/chairs. The living room could easily fit a couch and 3 chairs or a couch, loveseat, and chair to ensure seating for 6. Also, the couch is quite worn and uncomfortable, and both of the chairs and couch also sit very low. These are not dealbreakers, and I expect that some of these things could be updated with the recent change of ownership. There were some great details in this rental, such as the nightlights in the bathroom and upstairs hallway. Also the Keurig that brews full pots or individual cups. Much appreciated!

We loved the garage parking with garage door opener. There was extra space in the garage for skiis, ice fishing gear, etc. The interior was just what you needed.

The townhome was welcoming, very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were well furnished. The bathrooms were nice and the full bath was terrific. It was really nice to have some bathing amenities, in case we may have forgetten something while packing. We appreciated the house being on a quiet street in town, with views overlooking the bridge from the back, and withing walking distance to town and MTU.

It was clean, convenient location to dowtown, with a stunning view of the lift bridge, portage canal and Mont Ripley. I would highly recommend this VRBO to others and future stays. Taylor was informative and easy to communicate with. Only suggestion would be to have mirrors in the bedrooms.
