Above the famous seaside resort of Diano Marina, nestled in romantic olive groves, lies Villa Catella in a ravishing panoramic position. The elegant house, is built over two floors on a slope. On 300 m² interior, even a larger group or several families will find enough space for a relaxing stay. Spacious living areas with many lounging possibilities, excellently equipped kitchen areas and six bedrooms (5 double bedrooms 160 x 200 m, 1 x 2 single beds 90 x 200 m) with six bathrooms offer upscale living comfort. The tasteful, modern furnishings with many chic design elements will pamper even the most demanding guests.

The ground floor of the villa is divided into two living areas with separate kitchens and large panoramic windows onto the lower sea view terrace, on each side there are two double bedrooms. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower or tub. Between the two residential wings there is a wellness area with sauna and steam bath, which offers our guests additional relaxation at any time. On the upper floor of the house, which also has a ground-level exit to the garden due to the hillside location, there are another two bedrooms, three bathrooms and the large, central eat-in kitchen with direct access to the garden and pool.

In front of living kitchen is a ravishing sea view pergola. The large olive wood table invites to cheerful rounds on balmy summer evenings. Enjoy the well-kept garden with the breathtaking pool. Choose the wide sea view or the contemplative silence in the shade of the old olive trees.

In the private parking lot, secured by an automatic gate, there are up to 6 parking spaces.
