Light-flooded holiday home with three terraces and communal pool

Casa Rosa is a light-flooded holiday home for 4 - 5 people with two sunny terraces and a fantastic view over the whole valley, in a quiet location in the middle of the olive groves only 9 km from the sea. Here you can enjoy a holiday in authentic Liguria. The house belongs together with the domiciles Rustico, La Mansarda and Nido Celeste to the grown group of houses of the olive farm La Mola. The 4 x 10 metre pool (depth 1.40 m), which is exclusively available to guests at La Mola, is about 100 metres away.
The ground floor consists of a light-flooded living room with large arched windows and integrated kitchen, a turquoise bathroom with sunken bath and a double bedroom (bed 160 x 200), which, like the living room, has access to the lower terrace. Here you can enjoy the marvellous view of Vasia from the large marble table. A staircase open to the living room leads to the gallery with a small library, reading corner and a single bed. From there you reach the upper bedroom (double bed 160 x 200) with a marvellous panoramic view over the whole valley and another terrace with 2 loungers. In front of the house is another outdoor area with a dining area and brick barbecue under an olive tree.
Of course you have all amenities such as private parking, air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, German coffee machine, Nespresso, pellet stove.
This house is one of our sustainable holiday homes. The building services are powered by a photovoltaic system and solar panels for the hot water. It has its own water storage tank and the owners have given a lot of thought to how they can make their holiday more sustainable. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Plenty of car-free space makes this domicile a paradise for our younger guests too! However, if you are on holiday with children, please note that some terraces and stairs as well as the pool are not secured with railings.

The infrastructure of the nearest village, Molini di Prelá, offers a pharmacy and a well-stocked village shop with everything you need for your daily needs. Two pizzerias and an excellent restaurant complete the offer. You can reach the village via a donkey path in a quarter of an hour or along the road in a kilometre. Once a month, a flea market enlivens the picturesque piazza and invites you to browse. The fine sandy beaches and the picturesque town centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio are 9 km away.
