Holiday apartment in a maritime country house with a sauna, a garden and a grill area, near the beach


The “To Hus II” country house is in the holiday town of Middelhagen right by the Greifswalder Bodden and about 1km from the wonderful sandy beach. The house was built in 2012 and comprises five charmingly furnished apartments in blue and white, of different sizes and with a fabulous Baltic Sea view. The apartments are furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and of course plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The bathrooms have modern showers and washbasins and the livng room provides a big flatscreen TV, a DVD player and a stereo system. It is really cosy in winter. The whole house has under-floor heating for a pleasant indoor temperature.

All the apartments have a separate entrance, a parking space and their own terrace table. Our garden is planted with many pretty flowers and provides space for peace and quiet. The garden is only partially fenced.

The holiday house is on the outskirts, 150 metres from the centre of Middelhagen, 200 metres from the sea, 1km from teh beach. You can share use of the well-tended garden, lawn, grill, children’s playground with a swing and sandpit. The neighbouring house has a sauna (payable). There is a garden house for bicycles. A bread rolls delivery service is available at a supplementary charge. It is 4km to a supermarket, 90 metres to a restaurant, 4km to a bakery, 40 metres to a café, 50 metres to bicycle hire, 18km to Binz train station, 1km to the Lobbe sandy beach, 3km to a golf course. You can visit the towns of Sellin (6km) and Binz (18km).
