The Space:
PB&J On the Lake is a 5-bedroom, 4-bath lakefront home set right on the water in the Lands End community, on Lake Anna's public side. With room for 12 guests across two easy levels, it is built for families and small groups who want the lake close, the house comfortable, and the weekend easy.
Main level
The heart of the home is an open-concept great room, kitchen, and dining space filled with natural light, where large windows pull the lake inside. It is where the group naturally lands, whether the plan is a shared meal, a card game, or slow conversation with the water in view. The Primary Suite sits on this level with a king bed and a private ensuite bath featuring a deep soaking tub and a separate shower. A second main-level bedroom offers a queen bed with a full hall bath close by.
Second level
Upstairs holds the rest of the sleeping quarters and the kids' favorites. Bedroom 3 is made for younger guests, with 2 twin beds plus a twin bunk. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, and a bright loft adds a twin-over-full bunk for extra flexibility. Full hall baths serve this level, bringing the home to 4 full baths in total.
Play and gather
The game room keeps the energy going with a pool table, foosball, a game console, and a sound system. A dedicated home theater sets up movie nights on the big screen, the space that turns a rainy afternoon or a post-lake evening into the highlight of the trip. Smart TVs throughout the home let everyone stream on their own accounts.
On the water and outside
Step down to your own beach area at the water’s edge, where mornings start with coffee and the lake sits still and golden before the day gets going. This is Lake Anna's public side, the main and larger body of the lake, with open water for boating and marinas, public launches, and Lake Anna State Park all close by. Two kayaks and two paddleboards are ready for easy paddling along the shoreline, and the carbon fiber paddles are kept inside by the game room, so please bring them back in after use. Back at the house, a hot tub waits for evenings under the stars, a fire pit keeps the conversation going late, and a BBQ grill handles lakeside dinners. A Tesla universal EV charger is on site, and the kitchen's Keurig brews both K-cup pods and a full drip carafe.
