The inverted design has 4 levels.
First floor features: 1 king en suite bed/bath, queen bedroom, full guest bath with tub, laundry.
Chef's kitchen and recreational living space with half bath are on second floor where views are best.
The third loft area has 2 twin beds with area for doing a puzzle, playing a game or reading.
The lower level features 2 rooms: a TV/movie area and a game room with ping pong, air hockey, arcade-style game.
Outdoor spaces: dining deck and a covered porch-both with views of the ocean, a hammock for napping in the shade. Large flat area for lawn games.
Included amenities: Central AC/heat, outside shower, high speed internet, beach chairs/caddy/umbrella/boogie boards, all linens, trash pick, two guest parking spaces, piano. Convenient location: short 4 minute walk to Mansion Beach, bike ride to many trails, sights and town.
Your privacy is our priority. Caretaker will be in a separate owner's cottage to answer questions or offer assistance if needed. You will decide if you'd appreciate interactions or not.
