The space
Step inside this stunningly renovated modern condo designed for relaxation and connection. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom is set up with a queen and a twin bed (great for kids or friends traveling together), and the living room sofa converts into a queen-size bed—comfortably sleeping up to seven.

Cozy up on the couch for a movie night on the smart TV, or settle in at the workspace with reliable high-speed Wi-Fi if you need to get things done. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick morning coffee to a home-cooked dinner, and the open layout makes it easy to hang out together after a day out in the city.

Thoughtful touches throughout make this a comfortable home base, whether you're staying a couple of nights or settling in for a longer visit.

The entire unit is yours to enjoy! You may also venture up to the rooftop to enjoy views overlooking Seattle; although, the view from inside the warm high-floor apartment is already beautiful!

• The parking spot is located across the street in the Meridian building garage. We will send detailed instructions to guide you through the check-in and parking process.
• This unit is located on the ground floor facing the parking lot.
• Building Maintenance: The Elektra is going through some active maintenance right now, so there may be occasional water shutoffs when water is temporarily unavailable. Whenever a shutoff is planned, we'll give you plenty of notice ahead of time so it won't catch you by surprise.

No pets or smoking allowed.

Location & City Living Notice: This home is located in Downtown Seattle, an active urban area where guests should expect normal city sounds, traffic, and daily activity typical of a major metropolitan setting. The building is adjacent to I-5, and traffic noise may be present.

Urban environments may also include visible city conditions that are outside of the host’s control like homelessness. We encourage guests to stay aware of their surroundings, as they would in any large city.

If you are sensitive to noise or prefer a quieter setting, please consider this carefully before booking. Refunds or cancellations cannot be provided due to location-related factors that are clearly disclosed in the listing. We recommend not leaving personal belongings in vehicles.
