Situé au 6Úme étage, ce condo a vue étonnante de Puget Sound. La distance du centre-ville, front de mer et tous les grands attactions à Seattle marche. Il a une piscine intérieure chauffée, un spa et un sauna sec. Une cour de fournir une ambiance paisible, 7e étage ponts patio avec deux barbecues. Une salle de remise en forme qui offre une grande variété d'équipements de cardio et de musculation. Un parking sécurisé garage. La chambre est entiÚrement équipée avec appareils de cuisine pleine grandeur, ustensiles de cuisine, articles de table, cafetiÚre, four grille-pain, laveuse et sécheuse, télévision à écran plat, lecteurs de DVD et beaucoup plus pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Complet avec cùble et accÚs internet. Ce est comme à la maison loin de la maison.

The condo is in a great location, includes parking, walkable to the waterfront, Pike's Place Market, downtown shopping, the Space Needle and surrounded by restaurants. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We had a delightful stay.

We loved this adorable waterview condo - centrally located to everything in Seattle! Communication with the owner was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was clean withbgreat water pressure and stocked with linens and necessities, and there was a nice kitchen for coffee before headed out to explore (we loaded up on baked goods from the bakery downstairs, too!).

Great Condo - Steps Away from Everything

We love staying at this condo; easy walk to everything downtown and sports arenas. Comforts of home while also enjoying the amenities of Seattle. Owner was responsive, polite and accommodating. You won’t find a better location with comfort. Hope to stay every time we are in Seattle.

Perfect Location for Seattle adventure!

This condo was a perfect base for our Seattle trip! Within walking distance or short ride to the Chihuly Garden and Glass, Space Needle and Pike's Public Market. Several great restaurants nearby. And beautiful sunset views from the balcony! Our host was wonderful, too!

The property was fabulous. I was disappointed the hot tub was not in working order when I was there. Rosanna was very responsive to me and flexible. I recommend this property!

Downtown Seattle

The condo was perfectly located in Downtown Seattle. Restaurants, shopping and attractions were easily walkable. We also managed to do some wine tasting in Woodinville which I highly recommend.

Fantastic Condo!

The Condo is in an excellent location. Easy to walk to the Needle and Pike's place. It was also well stocked with anything you might need for your stay. Check in/out was very easy. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee and looking at the views!

Location, Location, Location

Great location for food, bars, and walking distance to Pike Place and original Starbucks. Walking distance to Target, Space needle, and Climate Pledge arena. Great on-site parking in a convenient located garage and 30 minutes to the Airport. Great sports bar (Buckleys) on the next block over.

Perfect location!

Stayed for 4 nights to attend a conference on the waterfront so this was a perfect location. 8 min walk to the conference, 15 minute walk to the arena for the Kraken grame was also an unexpected advantage. Condo was comfortable and felt very safe. Plenty of amenities available, great Bakery downstairs and corner store had everything else you could need.

Perfect!

The condo is fantastic! Great view of the bay and walking distance to everything downtown. The bed was very comfortable and we loved sitting out on the patio. Rosanna was great, very helpful with dining suggestions and where to see a movie. We loved this place and would definitely come back again.

Beautiful safe condo and can walk to many places

We loved the location and this condo was very clean. The shower was really great and comfy bed. Enjoyed the view from balcony each morning with our coffee. Space Needle, Chuhuly glass art exhibit and Pike Market are all walkable. We did rent a car and had no issue with using the underground garage. Access to a heated pool and hot tub was also a plus. We felt safe too. Overall a wonderful experience, thank you!

Great apartment, central to most things we wanted to see in seattle. Kitchen was fully stocked with things to cook, bathrooms had necessary toiletries, abs both the bedroom and sofa needed were comfortable. Rosanna was very helpful, showing us around the property and offering tourist advice

Great location

Perfect little getaway. We stayed for a few nights after a cruise to Alaska. The bed was comfy, bathroom was great and rest of condo was just as pictured. We enjoyed the little patio overlooking all the action on 1st ave and the view of the water. The location was the best. We were able to walk to the Needle, Pikes Market and the waterfront for numerous boat tours. Owner was available and very accommodating since we were delayed 11 hrs. Great bakery, Italian restaurant and pizza right next door. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay!

The unit is much better looking than the pictures in the listing! The view is stellar and couldn’t get much better in my opinion. The building is within an easy walking (and stroller pushing) distance of everything in the city. We walked north of I-5, Pike Place Market, Chinese International District, Sculpture and International Parks, to T-Mobile Park, waterfront and into Capitol Hill. It is close to everything! The only flaw would be that we waited outside for almost 20 minutes during check-in after our very long flight, waiting to be let into the building. With that being said, the security of the building was great and we never worried about safety. Everything was provided as would be in a hotel and the washer/dryer were the best to use. Full kitchen is always great. The bed was comfortable and we didn’t open the fold away bed at all. Our toddler fell asleep really early everyday (still on eastern time) so we spent a lot of time at the pizza place downstairs while she slept in the stroller. The food and drinks were good but the service there was fantastic! As other reviews mentioned, the unit is just under the top floor patio and it sometimes sounded like people were up there dancing and jumping around, but it wasn’t something that ruined any part of our visit there. We would return and would recommend others stay there as well. The view of the Sound was everything - I could watch the ferry boats all day and night (I did)!

Great location

The unit is clean, decorated cute, and has everything you need for an overnight or multi night stay. The towels in the bathroom are super plush making it feel a little luxurious. Our stay was 3 nights and perfect for our vacation. Pike Place is a 10 minute walk, and ample bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The secured parking garage is a must in that area so greatly appreciated. Don’t pass up on Macrina Bakery or you’ll regret it. And Imperial Kitchen and Bar was unsuspectingly good as well. The owner was very responsive to my questions which was appreciated. There are two minor things mention- the first is it would be preferred to have self check-in. In fairness the process was quite simple to text ahead of time with my ETA and they meet you in the alley to let you in the garage. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. BUT that made me feel like I was on timeline and not ideal when I’m driving on I-5 trying to text to send my ETA. The second this is the key to the door doesn’t open easily. You have to wiggle and jiggle and get it to catch just right. The first time we had to unlock the door I almost though it was not going to work until it finally caught. But again, super minor. Overall I would totally stay here again! The balcony view is amazing, the place is clean and safe, and met our needs perfectly.

This spot was fantastic! The place was very clean and well stocked with bath products. It’s an easy walk to Pikes Market and the Space Needle. There is also a great bakery next door on 1st st and a wonderful Italian restaurant on 2nd St. Lots or bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location with a great view of Puget Sound. It was very convenient to Pikes Place Market in one direction and to the Space Needle in the other. There were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and the property had lots of amenities, a fitness room, indoor pool, nice courtyard. We felt safe as there was security at both entrances. Rosanna was a perfect host, she communicated prior to our arrival, met us once we arrived and responded promptly to texts.I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Nice little place in a great location! We could walk to all the tourist locations and even to the pier for our cruise. A little noisy at night, but that's because it is a happening neghborhood and I always sleep with earplugs anyway.
