Pleasant 4-bedroom farmhouse with AC in charming Williamsburg

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, hot water shower

The space
Your Host lives in the adjacent Stone House and is available to address any of your needs or concerns.
The patio area outside the cottage has a grille, chairs and outdoor table for your use. There is also a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or making mountain pies. There is a large back yard with swing for guests use.
There is a sauna and a washer and dryer available in the basement of the adjacent stone house.

Guest access
Guests have convenient parking immediately outside of the Cottage. There are two six inch steps up and one six inch step down leading to the entrance to the cottage. Guests will be given the code to the entrance prior to arrival for their convenience.

Other things to note
There are motion detector lights to for guests entering or leaving the cottage at night. Guests may contact the Host prior to arrival and advise of the desired temperature of the cottage upon their arrival.
