Majestic Pines is a single-level, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Big Bear Lake cabin for up to 5 guests that has been welcoming renters since 2016. Close to the lake, Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, and the Village, this well-established vacation rental is set among towering pines and pairs classic mountain charm with modern comforts, including central A/C and heating, fast Wi-Fi, a stone fireplace, a cozy family room, and a fenced outdoor area for relaxing with family and pets.



The Space:

After a day on the slopes or trails, gather in the spacious living and dining area and cozy up beside the prominent stone indoor fireplace. Majestic Pines blends classic mountain charm with modern comforts in a single-level layout that is convenient for families with young children.



The sleeping arrangement includes a king bed in the primary bedroom, plus a queen bed and a single bed in the two guest rooms. There are 2.5 bathrooms, including a bathtub.



The full kitchen is equipped for home-cooked meals, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, hot-water kettle, cooking basics, and a large dining table.



For comfort and convenience, you’ll also have:

• Central air conditioning and central heating

• Fast Wi‑Fi (488 Mbps) and TV

• In-unit washer and dryer

• Hot tub

• Lake access and ski-in/ski-out access

• Patio with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area

Guest Access:

You’ll have complete, exclusive access to the entire single-level 3-bedroom home, including the living and dining areas, kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, patio, fenced outdoor area, hot tub, and in-unit laundry. A private entrance, self check-in, and smart lock make arrival simple. Free parking is available on the premises.

Majestic Pines is perfectly situated in the heart of Big Bear Lake, placing you within easy reach of the best the mountain has to offer. Snow Summit and Bear Mountain are both a short drive away, making this an ideal home base for winter sports enthusiasts. When you are looking for adventure, Big Bear Lake offers water sports and scenic shoreline walks. For dining, shopping, and local entertainment, the charming Big Bear Village is just a short drive from your doorstep. Whether you want to explore the local hiking trails, enjoy horseback riding, or visit the nearby zoo, the neighborhood offers a perfect blend of peaceful mountain serenity and convenient access to all your favorite activities.



Getting Around:

Snow Summit is about 0.6 miles from the home, making it an easy walk to the slopes, while Bear Mountain is about a 5-minute drive away. Grocery stores, CVS, shopping, and several restaurants are about a mile away, including Vons and Stater Bros. Big Bear Lake Village, with additional dining, shopping, and entertainment, is about a 4-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

The Towne Trail runs between the Snow Summit area and Forest Road 2N08, near Knickerbocker Road. Please check current trail conditions and closures before setting out.



🚭 No Smoking

Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home. Please use outdoor areas only and dispose of all smoking materials responsibly.



🪪 ID Verification Required

A valid government-issued ID is required before check-in. Check-in instructions and property access will not be provided until verification is complete.



📋 Good Neighbor Policy – City Requirement

The City of Big Bear Lake requires short-term rental guests to review and sign the Good Neighbor Policy before arrival. We will send the form after booking, and it must be completed before check-in instructions are released.



The policy includes:



Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM

No outdoor amplified music

Compliance with maximum occupancy and parking limits

Respectful behavior toward neighbors and the surrounding community
