Whether you drive out to The Shops at Mauna Lani or visit Waikoloa Beach Golf Course is up to you!



When you're not exploring the island, you can take advantage of top-notch resort amenities. Tennis courts provide an outlet for athletic guests and shared grills offer a refreshing alfresco option for dinner. Of course, your vacation rental's kitchen comes well-equipped for cooking more intimate meals. The nearby living area offers cushy furnishings for enjoying free WiFi and the cable TV. When you're ready for bed, simply head upstairs to either of the two bedrooms. The two twin beds can be converted to a king for added flexibility.

• Exterior Painting Project has started - The exterior painting of all buildings at Waikoloa Colony Villas began, and will continue through approximately June 2027. Each building will take approximately two weeks to complete, and the entire property is expected to take about one year.

• Please know that there is no garage access.

• This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

• All guests shall abide by Heavenly's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Perched alongside the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, you will be able to tee up in no time for a memorable round of 18, so bring your clubs along! If the sand is calling your name, Waikōloa Beach is just over a mile away where you can post up for a picnic on the shore, swim, or snorkel. Plus, when you want to grab a bite to eat or explore the local shops in town, you can make your way a mile to the main drag of the area.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks in March. The condo was very clean and comfortable, the resort facilities were top notch, and the location was great. Communication with the property manager was very good prior to our arrival, and throughout our entire stay. We hope to return again!

Property is very pristine and beautiful. Kitchen is fully equipped. Loved the extras like beach chairs, umbrellas & ice chest. My only suggestion is to add a note in the rule book on how to engage/disengage Dead bolt on the door lock. 24 hour support had no clue and were not very helpful. I will stay here again.

We loved everything about this condo and it was very comfortable. I’ve already reviewed this once and the only thing I would suggest, and this has nothing to do with the condo itself, is that the complex heat the pool. I also loved that there were two recliners in the living room! Kitchen was well stocked. The Ahualoa chocolate Mac nuts prompted me to go to the store in Honoka’a and get some to bring home even though I promised myself I wouldn’t buy any on this trip. That was a GREAT treat to leave in the condo. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location on the big island. Close to the things to see in the north, Mauna Kea, highway to Hilo, close to beaches, Waikoloa shops, etc. Would stay here again.

Waikoloa Spring break fun in the sun!

Everything was very good and we had a good stay in your lovely spot. The only trouble was the pool that was closed for maintenance for 3 days which wasn’t super considering the heat and warm, sunny days.Otherwise, we enjoyed the surrounding beaches, the volcanos and lava tubes and exploring Hilo!

Well-located condo.

The Waikoloa Colony Villas are all about location: golf nearby, tennis on site, beaches and shopping nearby. And Waikoloa enjoys some beautiful weather. Hard combination to beat.
