Welcome to our relaxing, freshly updated Villa at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. Unit 106.
New furniture, and beds throughout the home!
Waikoloa Colony Villas is a private gated community of luxury townhomes on the South Kohala Coast, within the world-renowned Waikoloa Beach Resort.

The Villa is a spacious 2-story townhome with 17-foot vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining area, outdoor lanais, and a single-car attached garage.

The upstairs primary bedroom with a luxurious king bed has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet, a private outdoor lanai, and is equipped with a large smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi streaming. The downstairs bedroom also houses a luxurious king bed along with a large smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi streaming. The downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The living room sofa converts into a fold-out queen bed allowing for a total occupancy of 6.

The full kitchen and dining area are outfitted with everything you will need to cook at home or prepare meals for all the recreational activities the island has to offer. Barbeques are available poolside near each of the 2 pools within the Waikoloa Colony Villas gates.

The community also contains a gym/workout room, tennis court, 2 pools and a hot tub. The one-car attached garage houses all the items you'll need for recreating at the beach, pools and tennis court, as well as two bicycles for a leisurely ride around the Waikoloa area.

A full-sized washer/dryer is on the downstairs level of the townhouse.

Dedicated parking is right outside the front entry.

Das Haus von Valerie und Andrew hat uns sehr gut gefallen und hatte alles, was es fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Ausstattung war großartig und es fehlte an nichts! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und aufgerĂ€umt und absolut gepflegt und in einem sehr guten Zustand!Wir haben die „Schatzkammer“ Garage geliebt! Alles fĂŒr einen Tag am Strand ist vorhanden, ob Liege, Schirm, Handtuch oder sogar Sonnencreme. Fantastisch!Die Kommunikation mit Andrew war sehr angenehm und freundlich und wir fĂŒhlten uns gut informiert. Der CheckIn war unkompliziert und das Haus leicht zu finden.Danke fĂŒr die tolle Zeit! All you can ask for!

Andrew & Valery’s place is amazing. It offered everything we needed. Their garage is like a candy store where you can easily get lost on what to take to the beach. Also, we were supposed to go in December but due to a family emergency, we asked to push it to June - they were very accommodating which we hugely appreciated. Thanks again for that and being able to stay at your amazing place. We’ll be back!

This is a beautiful townhome with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Tons of beach equipment, brought my own snorkel gear, but plenty of stuff to borrow if you don’t have your own. Enjoyed the island market nearby, plenty of prepared food, food to cook yourself, and souvenirs. Our favorite beach was Magic Sands, was a little bit of a drive, but lots of big waves. Hosts super easy to communicate with, thank you!

Absolutely perfect vacation rental

10/10 - would do again and again!!This was easily the best property we visited during our vacation to Hawaii. The condo is a stunning 2-floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Check-in was very easy and Andy and Valery respond almost immediately to questions. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you need, including spices, and a limited selection of condiments. The bedding is very high quality, with down comforters and pillows, and high thread-count sheets. The towels are extra large and thick and the entire unit feels new or very newly renovated. All of your beach essentials are provided, including a large number of towels, umbrellas, chairs, games, 2 bicycles, snorkeling gear, etc... The unit is located 5 minutes from the Kings and Queens Market area with restaurants, shopping, and a large grocery/market. Overall, this was a perfect play to stay.

Best Kona condo rental ever
.

If ever I decide to buy a place on Big Island, how this place is set up is exactly how I would do it.Very clean, lots of stuff in the kitchen for cooking, full slate of spices and containers etc, and the bed was arguably the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on in a rental. Big ceiling fans were very quiet.On top of this was the garage: FULL of beach gear; plenty of towels, snorkelling equipment, coolers, umbrellas (strong ones), beach toys etc, etc, etc. PLUS two cruiser bikes (with lights) to take over to the shops or Lava Lava for dinner if you’re so inclined.Andrew and Valery have knocked this out of the park. We’ve been coming to Big Island almost every year for well over a decade and this place is the best by far

Great Host!

We had a wonderful time at the Condo while in Kona. A great location to multiple amenities and the host was fantastic. There were many supplies provided and the condo is in great shape. Pool is maybe 150 feet away with a couple of grills that were nice.

Hospitality at its best

Rental comes with everything you thought you could ever need and then some. Garage full of every kind of beach and vacation gear imaginable. Kitchen has every appliance and gadget and is better equipped than what you have at home. More toiletries in their bathroom drawers than you can buy at CVS. Their linen closet puts yours to shame. A drawer of supplies for the neighborhood cats that come visit the back deck. You will be well taken care of.

They thought of just about everything!

This VRBO may have had more amenities than any VRBO I have used — 4 boogie boards, numerous snorkel sets, tennis rackets with several new canisters, 2 pickle ball sets with numerous balls, probably 15 or more large beach towels. You name it and they probably had it. House is a short drive to restaurants, beaches, market, shops, etc. I was impressed!

A stay beyond our expectations

We stayed at Andy and Valery's place for a short November break and anything we say about the place is just not enough to do it justice. First of all, the location: while it's not in the thick of the tourist promenade, that is actually an advantage. It's quiet, close to beautiful beaches that are less crowded than those south of Kona, a short walk from the shoreline by Hilton, a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. The most beautiful beaches are within a short driving distance. The house itself is a luxurious place, tastefully decorated and so well appointed, even the most picky traveler would have to work hard at finding something to complain about. There is absolutely nothing missing from the house - all appliances needed for a hearty breakfast or dinner, laundry and cleaning supplies, different types of coffee brewing appliances, beach gear, tennis gear ... anything you can think of, it's in the house. Comfort is something important to the graceful hosts, mattresses, linens, furnishings, all in like-new condition, comfortable and elegant. We left the place with some things on our to-search-for items on our furnishing list for our own house. Andy is also super responsive and no question is too stupid for him to offer a thoughtful reply. Checking in and out is a seamless effortless process. Above all, the place made us feel less like invading tourists and more like residents on the island. PS: I must not forget to mention A/C. Ran out of words and had to stop :(

Wonderful and relaxing

Just returned from a fabulous week on the big island! This home was such a nice and relaxing spot for our family of 4. Beautifully decorated, clean and well kept. Andy was easy and quick to communicate with, and very accomodating! All of the supplies in the garage were in great condition and we had everything we needed. Convenient location right by the back gate into the colony villas made trips to the store super easy. Our girls really enjoyed the local cats that stopped by, but they were never a nuisance. Hope to be back in the future!

25th Anniversary Trip

We had an absolute fabulous time during our stay celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The hosts were very responsive, easy to communicate with, and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond to provide recommendations for activities, shopping, and restaurants in the area. The condo is exactly as described. We could not stop saying to ourselves "the hosts have thought of everything!" The accommodations were just perfect for our family of five. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day.

My family stayed for four nights and we simply selected the most amazing property for our stay. Home was spotless, wonderfully decorated, everything we could have needed from the kitchen to the garage filled with every manner of beach fun Imaginable - it was just a perfect choice. Would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. Owners were very responsive with pre trip communication and recommendations once on island. Highly recommended!!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at this property. Andrew and his wife have done an incredible job preparing it for families to use while on vacation. The condo itself is very clean, beautiful and has everything you might need while on vacation in Kona. The neighborhood is also absolutely gorgeous.

Modern, stylish, clean and well equipped

We had a fabulous stay at Andrew’s Townhouse. It is super clean and stylish, clearly newly renovated. We have stayed multiple times at other townhouses at Waikoloa Colony Villas and Andrew’s townhouse stands out for its stylish interior design, cleanliness and for being equipped with everything you might need to enjoy the nearby beautiful beaches. The kitchen is spotless with modern appliances and everything you might need to cook meals. They even thought of details like USB-chargers at each side of the bed and modern smart-TVs. We will definitely return as the townhouse and the host gets the highest marks from us.

Amazing host and super clean property.

I’m in awe of the effort the host had put in to make our stay comfortable. The property was super clean and well stocked. The host was very responsive. The beds were very comfortable. We chose the Waikoloa Resort because of its proximity to the best beaches and restaurants on the Big Island. The Waikoloa Resort is also a very safe and clean environment for a family destination.

Newly renovated and furnished. Plus you'll never struggle to find parking, as the dedicated parking space for this townhouse is right outside the front door. The condo is located on the end of Colony Villas closest to the ocean and the Hilton resort. The secondary gate entry/exit is also very near, allowing easy access to the condo. Many nearby restaurants are walkable from the condo.
