The Space:

Offering direct access to the soft, white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, this charming two-bedroom villa delivers the perfect blend of modern comfort and timeless coastal charm. The first bedroom offers a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom offers two double beds. They share a small bathroom. Please note that this unit does not have a bathtub.



This villa is part of a duplex, and the adjacent unit is also available for rent. Book both units to accommodate up to eight guests total, allowing everyone to stay close while still enjoying their own private space.



Inside, you’ll find a bright, open living area featuring coastal-inspired décor and all the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your favorite meals, whether you’re enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee before hitting the beach or a relaxing dinner after a day of island adventures.



After a day of exploring the island, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind in the comfort of central air conditioning. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, or curl up with a good book and enjoy the ocean breeze from the screened-in lanai with Gulf views. A private washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience.



Guest Access:

This unit is part of a duplex. Guests will have access to their entire villa, designated parking, and a screened-in lanai. An uncovered patio is shared between the two units.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a residential neighborhood on beautiful Anna Maria Island, our bungalow is just a short stroll or bike ride from the island's pristine Gulf beaches, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets, sugar-white sand, and crystal-clear waters. Nearby Pine Avenue, the island's charming main street, is lined with local boutiques, cafés, restaurants, and ice cream shops, making it easy to experience the laid-back coastal lifestyle.



Getting Around:

A car is not required as Anna Maria’s top attractions are all within walking distance. There is also a free trolley service, and plenty of rideshare options. However, a car is recommended if you plan on traveling off the island to nearby Tampa, Sarasota, or St. Pete.
