The living area includes a Smart Roku TV, sofa bed, massage chair, and AMP smart fitness machine with adjustable digital resistance for versatile full-body strength training.

The fully equipped upstairs kitchen includes:

Approximately 3–4 designated parking spaces are available on the property in the natural-surface parking area outside the fence.

Additional overflow parking may sometimes be available, but advance approval is required. If your group expects more than 3–4 vehicles, please contact us before arrival so we can confirm the best arrangement.

Please park only in designated areas and never on neighboring property.

A dedicated EV charger and charging cord are provided. Depending on your vehicle, you may need to bring your own compatible adapter.

Laundry -
A washing machine and clothes dryer are located in the basement of the building and are available to guests upon request.

Well-behaved pets are welcome.

Please note that the outdoor spaces are not guaranteed to be completely enclosed or escape-proof, so pets should be supervised while outside and leashed when appropriate.

Important Layout Information -

This is a multifamily property consisting of two completely separate, self-contained residences.

There is no interior doorway or staircase connecting the upstairs and downstairs residences. Guests move between the two using their separate exterior entrances.

The upstairs residence is accessed by stairs.

When this whole-property listing is reserved, both residences are included exclusively for your group and will not be separately rented to another guest during your stay.
