The Space:

Whisper combines an unbeatable Duck location with a comfortable, thoughtfully updated interior and ocean and sound views from top floor deck and master. Watch the sun rise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. What makes this home special is the easy flow across levels, made even easier by a private elevator, plus the indoor and outdoor spaces designed for a group of 10 to relax together.



On the top level, start your morning with a cup of coffee enjoyed with sweeping panoramic views from the crows nest from Corolla to Kitty Hawk. This is also a great spot to watch the sunset in the evening or even catch a total sunset from the primary bedroom. If you prefer more shade, the screened porch is a great spot to relax or enjoy a meal prepared by the chef of your group in the fully stocked kitchen. Vaulted ceilings and lots of windows ensure a grand, bright living area, and there's seating for 10 at the dining table. A half bathroom, as well as a king primary bedroom with an ensuite full bath and deck access round out this level.



The rest of your group will head downstairs to turn in for the night. Convenience abounds as every bedroom has an attached bathroom. There's a king room with a private full ensuite, and another king that shares a jack and jill bathroom with the double queen room (sleeps 4). If you have a maestro among your family, there is a music room on this level with a tuned, functioning piano and some seating. All bedrooms have access to decks.



On the ground level is a bonus family room where you can relax and watch movies or play board games with a full size fridge so you can keep your drinks chilled. An elevator is available with access to all levels.



Step outside to your Duck oasis. The saltwater pool awaits, equipped with sunloungers and an outdoor seating area if you need a break from the sun. A hot tub is available for an evening soak, and a grill sets you up for a family BBQ. The yard is fenced in, making it perfect for up to 2 pets (fee added when you register them). The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



Pets are welcome! Bring 1 dog for free. If bringing a second dog, please message us about the applicable fee.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The town of Duck is a popular Outer Banks destination for its wide, uncrowded beaches and soundfront boardwalk! Nature trails, shops, and restaurants make for a pleasant and friendly town, perfect for a relaxing OBX vacation.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. Up to 2 pets permitted, FIRM.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
