Guest will have the contact information for the property manager and can communicate via the Airbnb platform. The property manager is local but not present to interact with guests

Our home is not pet friendly. There will be a $200 fine if there is evidence of an uninvite pet that is not a service dog. Although we welcome service dogs, we do warn that the back yard may have vegetation that is not pet friendly. The owner is not responsible for a service dog that consumes plants in the back yard.

No parties and no unregistered guests

Smoking/vaping indoors is prohibited and there will be a $200 fine if evidence.

No parking beside the house as that is the neighbor`s property. Private two car parking is allowable behind the house, access via the alley. Parking available on street. Obey rules of no parking on Thursdays 12:02 am-7 am
