The Space:

Here's what you'll find at my home:



+ Long driveway with tons of parking space

+ A pool, with optional pool heat

+ A hot tub

+ 4 spacious bedrooms located upstairs (king, queen, queen, single)

+ Renovated, beautiful washrooms

+ A regular drip coffee maker

+ Amazing views of all the land with an amazing sunrise

+ Note that central AC is not available but with the ceiling fans, portable fans and open windows, the house stays nice and cool



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home. NOTE that there is a long term tenant living on a separate dwelling on the property - a 1 bedroom cabin. He is a family member and will not bother you



Other Things to Note:

Please note there is no air conditioning, but the farmhouse does not get too hot in the summer. We have a window AC unit in one of the bedrooms upstairs, and other portable fans in the house as well. All the windows open which cools down the house nicely.



My property is intended for families and is not meant for any parties. Noise violations will be reported by neighbours.
