â Fully licensed by the city of Milton, ensuring your stay meets all safety and legal requirements
â Well-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and utensils for cooking and dining
â Large open-concept living room with comfortable couches, TV, and heating/air conditioning for your comfort
â Dedicated workspaces and high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi for remote work or study
â Ensuite washer and dryer conveniently located on the second floor with the bedrooms

Free on-site parking is available for two vehicles. Please note that the basement unit has its own separate entrance and is rented separately.
The basement unit below this upper apartment is separately rented. While we strive to ensure a peaceful atmosphere, you may occasionally hear some noise from guests staying in the basement, such as footsteps or normal activities. The driveway is shared with the basement tenant.
Temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. Guests will not have access to change the temperature during their stay.
We provide limited quantities (starter supply) of basic items to get your stay started, including paper towels, toilet paper, salt/pepper, garbage bags, soap, etc. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.
We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.
Please note we do not host reservations made on behalf of others. The individual making the reservation must be staying at the property
