Thoughtfully furnished throughout, the home features stylish living spaces, a wet bar, modern amenities, and three comfortable bedrooms. Large sliding doors connect the interior to the backyard, creating the effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle that defines a Palm Springs getaway.

Outside Living
The backyard serves as your own private desert oasis. Spend your days lounging by the sparkling pool, relaxing beneath the covered outdoor living room, or gathering with family and friends for meals under the pergola. Mature landscaping, multiple seating areas, and mountain views create a peaceful setting for enjoying the sunshine.

Location
The Painted Palm is located in Palm Springs' historic El Mirador neighborhood, known for its quiet residential streets, mature landscaping, and beautiful mountain views. Just minutes from Downtown Palm Springs, you'll enjoy easy access to the city's best restaurants, shopping, golf courses, hiking trails, casinos, and entertainment while returning home to a peaceful desert retreat at the end of each day.

Pool
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days. A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Summer Utility Surcharge
Reservations of 28 nights or longer that include any dates between May 1 and September 30 are subject to a $750/month utility surcharge. This surcharge helps offset the significantly increased costs of electricity and cooling during the desert summer months.

Additional Policies & Notes
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, the following policies apply:
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
