The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, cooking essentials, and a large island with bar seatingâperfect for casual breakfasts or entertaining. A dedicated dining space sits just between the kitchen and living room.

Located in the Historic Movie Colony, you're just a short walk or quick drive from the best of Palm Springsâboutiques, art galleries, award-winning restaurants, golf courses, and the Convention Center.
Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87Âș from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
âą NovemberâMarch: $75/night
âą April, May, October: $50/night
âą Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stayâwe cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry notâthere's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.
Utility Surcharge
For stays of 28 nights or longer starting June 1st and ending September 30th, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. This is NOT included in the amount being paid at the time of booking. It will be requested prior to your arrival.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $200/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

âą No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
âą 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
âą No smoking inside home
âą Renter must be 25+ years of age
âą Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
