Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, in-unit laundry, and walk to the community pool in just a few steps. Located just steps from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and local bars, this is the perfect spot for your St. Augustine Beach getaway.

Inside, you`ll find two bedrooms designed for relaxation. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom features a king-sized bed as well.

The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Additionally, there`s a second full bathroom located in the hall for added convenience.

For beach days, we provide a few beach chairs and beach towels,. Access to the beach is a quick walk down Pope Road and accessed at the end of the street next to Embassy Suites, it is a private and peaceful experience.

You’ll have access to the entire condo with the exception of the locked owner’s closet. You’ll have full access to the property amenities including both pools, gated beach access, etc.

Our Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that your stay will be worry-free. If you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them immediately, and we’ll send our team to resolve any concerns. Your comfort is our top priority!


*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
