Home was clean and well-appointed! King bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. (Could use a new mattress in the queen room). Great location to the beach and downtown. Would stay again!

The property was clean and stocked with all necessities. We all slept comfortably in the beds and enjoyed the ability to stream our own apps on the tv's. We would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Beach geaway

The condo was very clean and the perfect location. We loved the decor and it was very roomy. Our only complaint was that the air did it cool the condo. It stayed 78 degrees. We did call customer service 2 times on Friday and then again on Saturday and they put in a ticket but it did not get checked out.

Comfortable beds, great kitchen stock, nice little porch and very walkable location. Too cool to use the pool, but maybe next time.

Clean and neat but not up to par

Neat and clean but small condo. Just 2 blocks to beach was an easy walk and pool was just a few steps away. Good size living room tv and internet strong. However, inadequate supply of cooking pots if you plan to do much of your own cooking. Nights were difficult for us as beds were very soft and upstairs neighbors were very heavy footed and up til 11 or 12 every night. No tv in guest room and no place for hanging clothes. Overall we won’t return to this unit for those reasons.

Mid-week getaway

Needed a quiet place to recharge but still enjoy the sites & holiday festivities in St. Augustine. This property fit the bill perfectly. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great location and super cute!

The location worked great for us as we went to a concert at the Amp! We also explored the beach and downtown and were super convenient to those as well! It was very cleaned and appeared just like the photos!

TRULY HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This property had everything we could have wished for. Comfortable, clean space -- we had only to pack our suitcases. Especially loved the front-loading washer and dryer, which were used frequently. Close to the beach and the pool, what a wonderful spot to greet the morning sun and to have a relaxing walk in the evening.

Nice stay!

We had a nice stay. The check-in process was really easy and contacting the renting company was really easy as well. The house is accurate as how it was described. It was clean and comfortable. It is really close to the downtown area and there is also a Publix 7 mins away to get some groceries.

2023 Beach Stay

We had a great time in St. Augustine. The walk to beach was not bad. Pool was nice to be across the street. Upkeep of pool could use some tlc. It was very clean inside the condo. I think what bothered me most was no water hose was provided(sand from beach) to wash off everything before putting back in our vehicle when we packed up to head home. We asked about it and was told it would be brought to staff meeting. We had to go purchase one! Another thing to haul back! Another thing that surprised me that was not provided was a TV in one of the bedrooms. It would have been nice to have our own tv to enjoy before going to bed each night. Other than that, it was a great place!

Wonderful Condo

The condo was tastefully decorated, very clean, and functional. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms and laundry. Located in a great area- close pool and quick walk to the beach. We loved being able to walk to the Farmers Market and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Seaside in St. Augustine

The place was very clean. There is a 10 minute walk to beach but not too far. I didn't like the people upstairs so definitely maybe get an upstairs if you are like me and not used to people being above you.
