Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, comfortable, and smoke-free environment for all guests.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed — Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.

Background Check Requirement
This property is subject to City of Sedona Ordinance Chapter 5.25.100, which requires a sex offender background check. Additional information may be required to confirm eligibility to book.
