Newly renovated HEATED SWIMMING POOL! Brand new ice cold Air Conditioning & Furnace (Central A/C & Heat). Brand New King Bed with Luxury 100% Cotton Bedding. Casa del Sol is in the Heart of Sedona's best Golfing, Mt Biking, and Hiking. Our convenient location is a very short walk to groceries and many fine art galleries, shops, and restaurants. We provide eco-friendly amenities and cleaning for your relaxation and peace of mind. No harsh cleaners or artificial fragrances used in cleaning or laundry. No Pets allowed, therefore no dander or allergens in the condo. Surrounded by Sedona's famous red rocks, our condo complex is full of beautiful, mature trees in a grassy park-like setting. Our complex offers a swimming pool, two jacuzzis, two tennis courts, pickleball court, two gas grills, and a community room with a pool table, dining area, TV and couches. Our sparkling clean one-bedroom condo is your home away from home. It's Casa del Sol! 100% cotton sheets and 100% organic cotton towels. Fully equipped kitchen. Full-sized fridge. Beautiful art throughout. Huge Samsung TV in Living Room. TV in bedroom. Living room with vaulted tongue and groove wood ceilings. The private balcony is perfect for relaxing in our incredible climate and enjoying our mountain views. We provide eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, and soaps as well as high-quality coffee and biscotti. Just steps away from the condo, you will find many local art galleries and excellent restaurants. Clark's Market & Pharmacy, our local grocery store is across the street. There are several golf courses within a 5-minute drive. You will find some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails in the World within a few minutes' drive. At the end our Road, you can find Oak Creek. Oak Creek winds through Sedona's magical red rocks providing opportunities for bird watching, photography, fun creek swimming, or a cool shady picnic under a Cottonwood or Sycamore tree. Wine Country in the Verde Valley AVA (American Viticultural Area) is 20 minutes away in Page Springs, where you can tour wineries, have a glass, buy a bottle, and fine dine. Jump in the pool or be more adventurous and jump in nearby Oak Creek! Casa del Sol is your peaceful, eco-friendly, and comfortable getaway that you can call home. It is our pleasure to host you! Please note that we have a Ring Video Doorbell outside the front door for safety. Please note that this unit is on the second floor and there is one flight of stairs to access the condo. The condo itself is all one level and we have a private balcony that has a mountain view and is partially sunny and shady, depending on the time of day. The beautiful trees in the foreground host multiple bird species.

I can’t think of a better place to stay than here. Quiet, easy to get around, close to all the best hiking. King bed was very comfortable, nice to have washer/dryer available. Even let us use their Red Rock pass. Great vacation!

Nice property. Stayed 5 nights and had everything we needed. Comfy bed and linens. Natural products in kitchen and bath were a nice touch. Didn’t use the balcony as views were not great. Communication was excellent.

The location of this rental simply can’t be beat! An amazing grocery store across the road and shopping and restaurants at your doorstep. The pool and two hot tubs were something that we used everyday after long hikes. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the complex is very quiet. The unit was perfect for the two of us. A balcony with a view, a full kitchen, king size bed, washer/dryer, it had everything. We much preferred this location to staying in Sedona. Wish we could stay there on a regular basis. We were there for hiking and biking and it blew us away. A lovely spot to come back to after a long day.

Perfect condo for our trip to Sedona. As someone with a lot of food allergies & intolerances, we really appreciated the ability to cook almost all our meals here. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed & living quarters with the hot tub just steps from our building. Clean & well maintained as well as easy to find-Lisa gave great directions as well as a long list of favorite things to do & see.

This property was close to the hiking trails, restaurants, and groceries. It was convenient. I would would like to suggest adding a couple items in the kitchen, such as steak knives, scissors, and a small dish rack. We like to hand wash the few items we use, rather than wasting water using a dish washer during short stays. Overall, comfortable and convenient.

We were disappointed and would not stay there again or recommend it. The couches need replacing as do the towels and bedding. It is functional, but not a place to hang out and relax in. I hesitate to be critical, but hope this helps others when booking.

Great place to stay. Lisa was very helpful in suggesting sites to see and the condo was very nice. And there is a great grocery store (Clarke’s) across the road.

Wonderful Condo!

A wonderful property. We had a great 4 night stay.The condo was stocked with many items for cooking.It has a lot of great restaurants within walking distance.
