Maximum of 3 vehicles total:

1 vehicle in the driveway
Please do not park on the street overnight if possible.

No parties or large gatherings allowed.
If you plan on having any visitors stop by, please just let me know ahead of time

❄️ AC Rules
Please keep the AC set at 72° or higher during the summer months to help protect the system from freezing up in the Arizona heat.
If you need the temperature lowered, just message me and I’ll always do my best to accommodate you.

🏊 Pool Rules
No loud speakers or music at the pool after 8PM
Please be respectful of neighbors during evening hours
Please return the pool key to the kitchen key hanger before checkout

Loss of the pool key will result in a $500 replacement fee due to HOA/community access requirements.
