Excellent, fantastic, wonderful. Woooowwww!

I'm not someone who always leaves positive reviews. Recently, I've been disappointed with VRBOs more often than not. More and more, I've been gravitating to hotels. But this VRBO bucked the trend. Start with the neighborhood. Safe, quiet, clean. Inside the home is sparkling clean, beautifully designed, and well appointed. Lucy was great at communicating and bent over backwards to make us happy. I loved this place and hope to come back!

This lovely home is conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants.

My family and I recently stayed at your beautifully furnished three-bedroom home. It features modern appliances, is clean, and is situated in a desirable neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely return when we vacation again in Arizona.

Super clean & great location

Nice and close to P83 for spring training games. Very nice home, spotless! Tons of paper products (Kleenex, paper towels, TP). Plentiful with towels and washcloths. The putting green was so fun!!! Appreciated having a garage for parking. Of note- the BBQ is not on the property, but at a community space a short walk away.

Outstanding!

What a beautiful home Ms. Li has! It is located near to a couple of major roads in and out of town making it easy to get around the Phoenix area. The house was spotless when we arrived, lots of towels and household supplies on hand. Ms. Li was very responsive to communication, usually within an hour. Check in and out were seamless. I highly recommend this Vrbo listing!

Clean, comfortable house. Nicely decorated. Note all bedrooms are upstairs. Might be an issue if you have elderly guests. Would stay again. Very convenient to P83 area and Peoria sports Park

Great house

This is a great house to stay in Peoria. Perfectly located next to the baseball fields and parks. Super quiet little neighborhood. The house is well maintained and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again.

Would stay there again.

The beds were super comfortable, the home squeaky clean & very well stocked. Host, Lucy, great about providing information.There were non skid pads in the main shower but would recommend additional ones. I slipped & fell when stepping into the shower. No injuries, just a little sore!

Absolutely Breathtaking

The home was gorgeous and so clean! We felt like royalty. There was even a walking trail close by! It has a fun putting green in the backyard, and so many choices for entertainment too. It spacious with lots of room. The kitchen had plenty of room and options for cooking too! I hope to stay there again! We loved it!!

Home was as advertised.

The home was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood and beds were very comfortable. I would have preferred a outdoor grill but the indoor gas stove was fine. I would rent again.

Spring Training get away

We stayed here for a month during MLB Spring Training. The house was gorgeous and had all the amenities for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. Lucy is a local resident that setup time with us to assure we understood how the tv and major appliances functioned and to address any other questions and concerns we might have. The backyard is small but it was perfect for just the two of us.

Perfect for spring training!

The process from start to finish was seamless. Lucy had great communication starting with the day we booked. The house was very clean and as other reviews mentioned, had very comfortable beds. We were in Peoria to watch spring training and the location was great as it was only about a 2 minute drive to the Peoria Sports Complex. We would definitely consider this house for future stays in the area.

Spacious Funky Apartment

Great location, parking is tight for utes and large vehicles but doable. This apartment has everything you need, could do with some general maintenance but this doesn’t detract from its charm and the deck is fantastic.

10 Star Property and Service

We rented this beautiful house to attend the Super Bowl in Glendale . The house is new, beautifully decorated and is well stocked with all the comforts. The neighborhood is quiet and is located near the Peoria Sports Complex and the Entertainment District so lots of restaurants and things to do. Lucy, the property manager was amazing!
