Welcome to your newly renovated mountain retreat, located on the beautiful Monterra Golf Course and just across the street from Blue Mountain Village, ski slopes and Conference Centre. This bright and spacious second-floor home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and alpine charm. Enjoy unlimited access to the shared Rivergrass outdoor pool (summer only) and the year-round hot tub after a day of skiing, golfing, hiking, or exploring.
Relax in the bright and inviting living room, featuring soaring windows, cozy seating, and a beautiful fireplace — the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes or golf course. Step through the walkout doors onto the private balcony overlooking the 18th hole, with stunning mountain views that create a peaceful alpine setting year-round. The open, sun-filled space offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere for gathering with family and friends.
Kitchen and Dining
Enjoy preparing meals in the bright, open-concept kitchen and dining area, thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a brand new Keurig coffee maker and a traditional drip coffee machine — please note that guests are asked to bring their own coffee pods and grounds. The warm wood dining table and cozy bar seating create the perfect space to gather after a day exploring Blue Mountain.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The home features 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making it ideal for families or couples. Fresh linens, pillows, and bath towels are provided for your stay, and each bedroom is equipped with convenient luggage racks for added comfort and organization. Guests also have access to the in-unit washer and dryer during their stay (please note detergent is not supplied). For the shared pool and hot tub, please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Pool and Hot Tub The hot tub is open year round, and the pool is typically open from the last week of May until the Labour Day long weekend. Feel free to reach out with exact dates if you`re curious about the pool being open!
The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please bring beach towels! Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team.
Free parking is available in front of the unit on a first come, first served basis. No passes required! 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
